@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

Coverage of International Football is terrible on @SkySports They have all the games, most of which are on at the same time and NO HIGHLIGHTS show. Making it virtually impossible to watch the best bits of all games. So disapointing!

@SkyUK A disgrace of a company!! Wanting my 75yr old mother, just out of hospital after 4 weeks to go a month without tv as they can’t get an engineer out before the end of Sept! Happy enough to hike her bill every year for the 10 years she’s been a customer! #thievingbastards

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for nearly two days and the Sky Customer service guy just hung up on after refusing to let me speak to a manager! This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

@SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’ve run all of those tests, which, always come back positive, but, the connection problems are intermittent, but, consistent. Nothing connection-wise has changed at home, so, the reason must be at the exchange. Thanks for coming back to me.
