@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for nearly two days and the Sky Customer service guy just hung up on after refusing to let me speak to a manager! This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

Call centre encounters can be long and arduous. So big massive thanks to Marie @SkyHelpTeam who patiently somehow managed to talk me through broadband issues that were entirely my doing. Even though I was a total numpty she never once said it! Give the lassie a wee bonus😃🖐🏻 🤣

@LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

This is beyond ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam 3 times in 2 weeks your internet has gone down at midnight on the dot. And it’s not just me, I’ve seen our entire town go down. Last week it was down for 7 hours If you can’t do maintenance in reasonable time frames I’m out and finding someone new

3/7 day I was transferred 8 times in one call and all they do is say “they’re escalating the issue” I've resent all requested photos multiple times. @SkyUK has only reached out to me twice, both of them requesting the same pics I'd already resent I've tried to reach out to them
