  @SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

  @SkyHelpTeam Sky installed yesterday. Unable to access any on demand content which is paid for & was an issue when engineer was here. Told to wait 4hrs then call. 24hrs later still no access & being told just have to wait an indeterminate length of time for access. Not happy

  @JasonRushton7 @BBCSport @SkySports It was the worst thing I’ve seen on tv in the last 20 years. My son came and told me to turn it on and as I did I saw the guy jerking because of the defib.   Can someone please help me @SkyHelpTeam I pay alot of money for your full fibre gigfast broadband but I just cannot get any sort of strong or consistent WiFi upstairs. I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now

  @SkyUK I,m a Sky customer for 18yrs. My contract is up. Ruby at Sky made an offer. It wasn’t good enough so she passed me to retentions.Robin in Retentions said her best offer was a lot more than Ruby,s. she couldn’t match Ruby,s offer , computer said no.Unacceptable.
