    @SkyHelpTeam Just wondering as never get anything new but prices keep going up. One thing I find is the volume is always so low on it and looked it up and seems to be common with the sky+ boxes

    @SkyHelpTeam I was trying to watch the Championship Playoff Semifinal on Sky Sports Ultra HD - I could watch it in HD on the football channel with no issues but the UHD option said I needed to change my subscription

    @SkyUK wondering if you can help me.... on my bill it says sky entertainment has been cancelled and I haven’t even cancelled it? I’ve not called in a very long time and I’m getting a £24 cancelling fee. I never gave anyone in sky to cancel this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning sky help team, during the lock down I got the signature pack(tried to get the sky+Netflix) told it comes with the skyQ box but they were unavailable at the time, I can’t get through on the phone to ask if I will get the skyQ box as I’m still using the old sky+? Thanks

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam 4 weeks of issues and still no resolve. Poor customer service. Unfulfilled promises. Poor broadband service. Overpriced tv plan despite 15 years as a customer. £800 a year....time to cancel!

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no line issue and you know that, thats the speed I get and I was told I have to pay the high price anyway for it. I resent that I pay such a high price when someone 2 mile from me gets this speed they pay for. Sort it out and give us a deal when you cant provide this.

    @SkyUK But *is it* £49 a month for 18 months? You increase your prices every April so is it more like £49/mth for 11 months then £52+ for the next 7? Or am I the only existing customer that you persuade to stay with a deal in Feb then increase it automatically 6 weeks later? Hmm...
