    @SkyHelpTeam Have tried a number of suggestions already, but the same connection issues still occur. Given the issues that have disturbed my husband and I quite substantially this week while working from home, we’d also be looking for reimbursement of broadband fees equating to the week past.

    @SkyHelpTeam terrible broadband internet service for the last week in G41 area of Glasgow. Internet has been in / out several times a day. Please advise. My husband and I both are working from home & require a stable, high speed connection we can rely on & indeed we pay for!

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried to contact you re intermittent issues with broadband which have now been for the last fortnight. Your website is of no assistance. I need to *speak* with a human whom I can interact with....not a drop down list which doesn’t apply to me.

    @SkyUK have got to be the worse broadband provider. WiFi is constantly down, constantly using my mobile data and if it does work it’s mega slow

The cost of my season book is circa £30 a game. If the club say it’s like for like then I’ll be paying that to watch a home game in my house

    I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam @p_menvier That link is useless though as the outage is still on but it’s reporting as everything is fine. Last time I had an issue your own IT team told me that system is flawed and will only show issues after a certain elapsed time.

    @Gbpeng4 @SkyUK Mine went down about 2 weeks ago and was quoted 5 days for an engineer! They suggested that I use my mobile data to run everything in the house!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky need to get rid of Yahoo as their server or whatever they call it, yesterday @AppleSupport spent hour with me only to find the main problem is/was with Yahoo ,will get try later message, it is abysmal. Am still struggling trying to get Gmail as my server. 1/3

    Good morning @SkyHelpTeam, Your website is saying there are no known outages but my broadband is down across our village (Norfolk) and the same for a colleague in Suffolk. So I think there is a BIG outage - it would just be nice if the outage tracker would keep ppl informed.

    @SkyHelpTeam @AppleSupport 2/3 while you being on twitter are good as a contact ,@SkyUK 's customer service is abysmal, when you get someone in the UK they are excellent ,but it is a lottery you get put through mostly to India where they questions get circular and no solution is found. 3/3
