Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam to cancel an engineer visit this afternoon- got put on hold for 20 mins as the guy went off to talk to his manager, so I’ve hung up - the engineer isn’t getting in, and im not paying the cancellation fee - FYI

@SkyHelpTeam @HiveHelper @HiveHomeUK 5 hours spent trying to get our new Sky Q router to connect to our existing Hive Hub. Two calls to Hive and a 45 min call to Sky and no resolution. So having to spend £40 replacing a Hive Hub that works. No wonder there is so much waste

@scotty9094 @SkySports The revenues rely on the product, and the product won't improve until there is decent incentive/support to pursue footballing as a career for a woman. Beyond that, there is a critical lack of appropriate facilities and developmental/support staff.
