@SkyHelpTeam Trying to reinstate the Sky service after paying the bill. Bill has been paid in full and each time I click reinstate service it tells me an error has occurred. The contact number on the screen puts me through to the payment portal

@philipohagan11 @SkyHelpTeam Yeah, it’s free with Sky Movies. I had issues with getting it to work to start with, but think that’s just due to first day launch demand. I’m on glass so once through, had to register with Paramount app and it worked. Just keep trying unfortunately

@SkyHelpTeam I am at my wit’s end! I’ve had no broadband for over ten days and no engineer sent due to you texting wrong number. I waited 30 minutes to speak to support and was getting help but call disconnected after I was put on hold. I’m exhausted from this and need a call.
