Told to wait 4hrs then call. 24hrs later still no access & being told just have to wait an indeterminate length of time for access. Not happy

This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

My son came and told me to turn it on and as I did I saw the guy jerking because of the defib. Then there’s the guys wife.
