@SkyHelpTeam Sky installed yesterday. Unable to access any on demand content which is paid for & was an issue when engineer was here. Told to wait 4hrs then call. 24hrs later still no access & being told just have to wait an indeterminate length of time for access. Not happy

There is just nothing that says that could ever be a foul, never mind a card. That referee wants sacking with immediate effect, totally incompetent.
