@SkyHelpTeam No but also didn’t get QR code so had to to app sign up using different email as I say I can get into on my tv can choose programs but they don’t load after you pick them Had this issue with both signing in profiles. Cheers

@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down again today. That’s the third time this week. Your just becoming so unreliable. Don’t bother directing me to the self testing I’m already aware. Neighbors down as well also on sky. Everything else on cul-de-sac ok.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

@SkyHelpTeam the freezing last night on live itv via glass was so bad I got the **** with it and went off the aerial . The old tech aerial knocked spots off the glass. When is this issue going to be sorted as I’m paying full price after all.

@SkyUK Had glass since day one and only once in the early days did it freeze. Brilliant picture and sound quality. Only the mains wire, no box. Wouldn’t go back to a box system now. Plus it’s over wi fi with no problems.
