    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam 4 weeks of issues and still no resolve. Poor customer service. Unfulfilled promises. Poor broadband service. Overpriced tv plan despite 15 years as a customer. £800 a year....time to cancel!

    @SkyHelpTeam terrible broadband internet service for the last week in G41 area of Glasgow. Internet has been in / out several times a day. Please advise. My husband and I both are working from home & require a stable, high speed connection we can rely on & indeed we pay for!

The cost of my season book is circa £30 a game. If the club say it’s like for like then I’ll be paying that to watch a home game in my house

    @SkyHelpTeam Just wondering as never get anything new but prices keep going up. One thing I find is the volume is always so low on it and looked it up and seems to be common with the sky+ boxes

    @SkyHelpTeam Have tried a number of suggestions already, but the same connection issues still occur. Given the issues that have disturbed my husband and I quite substantially this week while working from home, we’d also be looking for reimbursement of broadband fees equating to the week past.

    @SkyHelpTeam getting nothing like the speed you are saying. Son can’t play any game on console. This is appallingly bad. Every test other than the sky test is half what your test says. Something drastically wrong here Paying for super fast and getting snail speed

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Why I have decided to increase my broadband package I will never know! After 21 years with you I’d hoped for a better service. No engineer until 11th March. Looks like this key worker will be using a fair bit of his 4G data for the next two months 😡😡😡 3/3

    i cba with @SkyUK this **** internet cuts out every 1-3 mins and i get 50-62 download speed for £70 a month
