@SkyHelpTeam Sky installed yesterday. Unable to access any on demand content which is paid for & was an issue when engineer was here. Told to wait 4hrs then call. 24hrs later still no access & being told just have to wait an indeterminate length of time for access. Not happy

Probably time to change my internet provider, sky customer for 8 years and auto message saying ASAP is the response you get for a 2 day outage in the area, no replies to tweets, nothing, internet is vital here @SkyHelpTeam

@SkySports ruined football a long time before today's announcement. Horrible to see how much money has wrecked a sport that brings so much fun to the working class people. Imagine the @spfl and other leagues were treated equally to the Premier league.

@JasonRushton7 @BBCSport @SkySports It was the worst thing I’ve seen on tv in the last 20 years. My son came and told me to turn it on and as I did I saw the guy jerking because of the defib. Then there’s the guys wife. I know it is not bbc cameras but there was a studio full of highly paid pundits to go to.

@SkyHelpTeam Well that seems like a cop out. I pay Sky for my service. It literally just went off 15 mins ago. When Sky came put to install they only connected the cable from the wall socket to the Q box.

They also appreciate Karen provides more insight than the likes of sour face souness whose only input is being miserable. @SkyHelpTeam How do I get support to get a replacement Sky Q box? Non stop crashing and freezing, the box now refuses to turn on. All help guides don't work, so clearly need a replacement, but your website won't let me go through the "Replace Hardware" form as its having errors!

After many years as an unhappy customer @SkyUK are asking us to return our router… now I wouldn’t mind but we had to pay for it! Apparently the cost was to rent the hub… so what on earth was the extortionate monthly payments for?!! Happy to see the back of you!
