    @SkyHelpTeam Your team have been a total let down . 3 advisors failed to call back the 4th said he’d call at 10am today no call and still no service. Sky Q has been a disaster

    @ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

    @SkyUK No stable wifi since Jan. Had several engineers (Sky&BT) who haven’t fixed the problem. For most of the day the middle ‘internet’ light is orange& no wifi service. Needing resolved urgently given we’re work from home for the foreseeable. Can’t get through on phone or web

    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam to cancel an engineer visit this afternoon- got put on hold for 20 mins as the guy went off to talk to his manager, so I’ve hung up - the engineer isn’t getting in, and im not paying the cancellation fee - FYI

    @SkyUK have got to be the worse broadband provider. WiFi is constantly down, constantly using my mobile data and if it does work it’s mega slow

    Can’t cancel @SkySports #joke on-line publication says u can suspend but not on-line, only by phone, but phone line says sorry busy we can’t take calls. I will remember this when u want me back. i will just do on-line cancel sky. #bekind to your customers #2daysbeforeiGo

    Still no fixed it @SkyHelpTeam . Keep responding sending me to agents who can’t help . No technical support . But hey we will keep collecting your direct debit and offer you credits on a service that doesn’t work . Brilliant

    I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.
