@SkyHelpTeam No issues with broadband. Tried downloading other shows just to test it & seems to work fine. Seems to just be some shows I get this error message. Does this mean they're not available to download?

@SkyHelpTeam Its from the sky glass homepage, the tile that offers sky sports in uhd. It makes no odds how I access it doesn't work. Tried it all ways. Same result

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyUK disgraceful increase in subs - as diamond VIP customer I expect better. We have everything via Sky - phone to broadband etc. I’m semi retired, working for NHS. Husband retired. We can’t afford the constant increases. My pay and Pension don’t go up. How can I pay? Awful
