    @SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam No but also didn’t get QR code so had to to app sign up using different email as I say I can get into on my tv can choose programs but they don’t load after you pick them Had this issue with both signing in profiles. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down again today. That’s the third time this week. Your just becoming so unreliable. Don’t bother directing me to the self testing I’m already aware. Neighbors down as well also on sky. Everything else on cul-de-sac ok.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just received my Sky Glass upgrade with three pucks for upstairs bedrooms and can only connect one as no wifi network available to complete set up for the other two. Now down from 4 TVs accessing Sky to 2; this is not going well☹

    . @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I am really disappointed (to put it lightly) with how one of your engineers has treated my 78 year old mother today. It’s not right that she needs someone advocating for her to get a decent level of service. It was the same with a phone adviser previously.
