@SkyHelpTeam Have tried a number of suggestions already, but the same connection issues still occur. Given the issues that have disturbed my husband and I quite substantially this week while working from home, we’d also be looking for reimbursement of broadband fees equating to the week past.

Inconsistent and no help whatsoever from Sky other than following the manual reset (which never works as it’s a network issue!)
