    @SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

    @SkyHelpTeam Just to wait on engineer coming out. I was told about the loss of service which is good. We just need our internet to work and not wait until Wednesday

    @SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

    @SkyHelpTeam Well that seems like a cop out. I pay Sky for my service. It literally just went off 15 mins ago. When Sky came put to install they only connected the cable from the wall socket to the Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam Its from the sky glass homepage, the tile that offers sky sports in uhd. It makes no odds how I access it doesn't work. Tried it all ways. Same result

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

    @AlternateAdMan @SkyUK Essentially aye, but without the contracts and much easier to cancel. No box to record obv, depends on what you are watching but catch up is always there!

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam why is gigafast &31 a month for new customers yet £53 for existing? Doesn’t seem right that I’ve just upgraded my internet as an existing customer to find out I’ve been ripped off because I’m not new. Is loyalty not rewarded?!

    @pitpasschris @sky If this July increase is related to phone/broadband you’re likely on old copper services. If so expect a further increase in October @SkyHelpTeam should be explaining it’s due to Openreach switching off the copper network & hiking prices to double them compared to start of 2026

His iq is low sorry to say coz la liga is very technical, (linkup in build up) that has Ntg to do wit him nt being a no. 9

    @SkySports please sort out the timing screens for F1!! We want to see the timings (to 3 decimal places) at ALL times during the race. It is so frustrating when the times weren’t shown a lot of the time and you can’t tell how close they are to each other! Why dumb it down??
