@Mclean1993 @SkyUK Did you get this resolved? We have the same problem this morning.....recently had broadband issues and the thought of having to take time off work AGAIN and wait for another engineer is soul destroying!

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to reinstate the Sky service after paying the bill. Bill has been paid in full and each time I click reinstate service it tells me an error has occurred. The contact number on the screen puts me through to the payment portal

@SkyUK two streaming televisions in the house. One in the kitchen (wifi). Sky Glass in the living room connected by an ethernet cable. Absolutely no problem with TV in kitchen. Sky Glass, pretty much unwatchable. Freezing, trying to load programmes 🙄 Not fit for purpose.

@SkyHelpTeam had broadband issues for last few hours. This is not first time. We have restarted the router but it is just taking a long time to browse or not load pages at all on multiple devices, and also notice it does affect sky q TV guides / menus from loading normally.??

@SkyHelpTeam Paying over 150 quid a month to not be able to use it when you want is an absolute joke. I understand things happen but being told to wait 24 hours before we can call it a loss of service is a joke. I want to use the service now!!!
