.@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

@cccammy1 @SkySports I said the exact same last night. The fact that they focus on the “incident” more than his goal also focused on a cross from Hibs into our box more than the only goal!! Walker shouldn’t be the commentator on Rangers games! One sided slanted hatred.

@SkySports WHY do we have to continue listening to Andy Walker on Rangers games. He has ONE agenda - and has had one since day 1 - to get Morelos into bother. No doubt we will get umpteen replays of the incident - strangely, we don’t get same when it’s the other way round.

@SkyHelpTeam been trying to call on 0800 759 1263 & the automated message says we are open from 0830 am to 11 pm 7 days a week but I am getting told it’s closed.there is no way I can do this online as there is no option to do it. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I'm still struggling to get any meaningful download speed on connected devices... the check on MySky only checks speed of the connection into the hub, not from it. I've tried different speed tests on phone, laptop etc and download speed is almost zero. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to cancel part of my TV package not under contract. Called the number on the website; the automated menu won't connect me to an actual human because it says I am still in contract, and cuts me off. Frustrating! How can I get this non-contract item removed??
