@SkyHelpTeam I purchased Sky Tv and Broadband lately. I asked they do not activate the broadband until I have the router, they have today and no router. I work from home and have many meetings later, this is an issue for me. This number 03442 414 414 does not work from Ireland. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

@SkyHelpTeam any chance of getting the speeds I pay for rather than just being told to move my router which is clearly not the issue as my speed is still absolutely terrible on Ethernet, nothing but problems since joining sky and I don’t fancy waiting an hour to be told the same
