@SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

@TrevorMLambert @bt_uk @SkyUK I've used most suppliers. A previous experience with Sky was disastrous and I also had huge problems with TalkTalk. This particular experience with Sky was OK but costs were not.
