    @LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

    Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for nearly two days and the Sky Customer service guy just hung up on after refusing to let me speak to a manager! This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

    @SkyHelpTeam set up new DD confirmed with sky team set up, returned from holiday, sky now cut off with no warning, call centre unwilling to reconnect disputes sky error, staff unhelpful, dismissive & rude #unhappy customer

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Following the advice on the DM’s received no closer to an acceptable resolution to situation caused by incorrect information provided by @SkyUK staff. Complaints number goes to general call centre, who can’t help! #disappointed in cust serv received. considering options

    @SkyHelpTeam Was working this morning, then off again for 2-3 hours and now working again. That’s 3 days with intermittent service. Do you compensate for this automatically or do I have to claim?

    @SkyUK We have super fast nothing. No broadband for nearly a week no netflix or prime. Absolutely awful service no explanation, can't say when we will get a service. Happy New year to Sky look after your loyal customers and forget your sale. Worst service in over 20 yrs.

    @SkyHelpTeam So the update is…that there IS no update?! @SkyUK have spoken with @WeAreOpenreach who admitted they’ve not even allocated a team to finish the job they only did half of?! Fills you with huge confidence in the product don’t it?! Meanwhile, we pay for service we don’t have?!

    @SkyHelpTeam No other issue with other devices. Sky Broadband has been on and off all Xmas and now Q box won't connect at all. I have done all of the reset things online but nothing.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam i tried to get this £23 offer that appeared on twitter today customer service says it don't exist so honor the advert or i will complain to ASA to get it removed and issue a fine!
