Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam Well that seems like a cop out. I pay Sky for my service. It literally just went off 15 mins ago. When Sky came put to install they only connected the cable from the wall socket to the Q box.

Told to wait 4hrs then call. 24hrs later still no access & being told just have to wait an indeterminate length of time for access. Not happy

Engineer came out and replaced box but the problem still exists, I’ve seen loads of people reporting the same problem yet no acknowledgement there is a problem...worst time for this to happen.
