Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!
