Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

@SkyHelpTeam please can Sky improve the tech so that when a live event runs over, the Q box realises this for recording purposes? Whenever the F1 race is delayed, the Notebook never records - the box records what should have been on at that time. This seems like VHS tech

@SkyHelpTeam I am getting a 'we are changing your Sky Subscription to Sky Signature' message on my Q box when I try to watch Succession. I have no idea what this is or what any of the Help menu is talking about. It tells me I won't pay more but this can go up after 2 months. ???
