My son came and told me to turn it on and as I did I saw the guy jerking because of the defib. Then there’s the guys wife. Had loads of problems setting up again 5 visits from Sky engineer. No luck so went to a provider. All fitted and working within 5 days. Sky couldn't do it in 3 months. Good luck 👍
