Told to wait 4hrs then call. 24hrs later still no access & being told just have to wait an indeterminate length of time for access. Not happy

Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.

What for?
