@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@scott861987 @SkySports Sorry i didn't realise let me explain the problem to you simply we never had a game scheduled for that week only for friday against Chelsea most of our first team reg players were out with covid and only came back to training on monday and were not fit its not just the fact it
