    @SkyHelpTeam Following the advice on the DM’s received no closer to an acceptable resolution to situation caused by incorrect information provided by @SkyUK staff. Complaints number goes to general call centre, who can’t help! #disappointed in cust serv received. considering options

    Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

    @SkyUK I have been trying to cancel my sky I have now called 6times and been told it is a 3 minute wait now turning into over an hour each time 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for nearly two days and the Sky Customer service guy just hung up on after refusing to let me speak to a manager! This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

    Best decision made this year is getting rid of @SkyUK broandband. Failed to deliver far too often of promised speeds and rotten support to back it up.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

    Who was really understanding and explained why my broadband still ain’t working, apologised for the shocking customer service from Barry (the engineer) and is a credit to @SkyUK ! Shame about the other tosspot!

    @LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

    Avoid @SkyUK at all costs. 3 months without service due to their incompetence. Another engineer not bothered to turn up today so it’s 3 months without service and the next appointment is another month 🤬🤬🤬 AVOID AVOID AVOID SKY TV

    @chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet is still down, since 5.30 pm, I have tried an old spare hub so I know it's not that. I'm in the EX36 area which shows no issues on the status page but we have no connection at all. Please get this sorted ASAP, it seems other areas are also having issues.

    @BBCSport @SkySports But it's only online, the guys who go to games have no problem, we sit next to anyone who supports our team no matter what colour or religion. We hate the other team for 90 minutes then we love each other

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpDeskUK my sky go on playstation is yet again not working. The UI is dreadful and now I cant even watch BT sport. Unbelievable to have to pay for sky go extra and then for it to fail.

    @SkyHelpTeam hiya, we’re having issues with broadband. It drops out a lot then reconnects quickly, runs slowly. It’s been doing this for weeks now - and has happened in the past & they sent someone. How do I talk to someone about it? Thanks
