Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam to cancel an engineer visit this afternoon- got put on hold for 20 mins as the guy went off to talk to his manager, so I’ve hung up - the engineer isn’t getting in, and im not paying the cancellation fee - FYI

@SkyUK No stable wifi since Jan. Had several engineers (Sky&BT) who haven’t fixed the problem. For most of the day the middle ‘internet’ light is orange& no wifi service. Needing resolved urgently given we’re work from home for the foreseeable. Can’t get through on phone or web

@LeeJarvis10 @WebleyShane @SkySports Some good and some bad news for you Mystic Jarv The bad news, there’s 52 weeks in a year so it would have cost you an extra £104 for the year. The good news, it’s only £2 a month extra so it will only cost you an extra £24 for the year.
