@SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

@SkyHelpTeam Whilst I wait for my 5th engineer, I thought I’d scroll through the tweets on here. Oh dear Sky. You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

Coverage of International Football is terrible on @SkySports They have all the games, most of which are on at the same time and NO HIGHLIGHTS show. Making it virtually impossible to watch the best bits of all games. So disapointing!

@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

@SkyUK So has been a Sky customer for number of years. Had Sky Q and 3 mini Boxes (Paid 99.9 for 2 of them). Gave up as we stopped using much of live TV. So 1 month after cancellation I get an email that I need to return all equimnt else they will charge me a penalty 4 non return

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Scott, I instead downloaded content from @DisneyPlus and my wife downloaded stuff from @Netflix which both allow 4/5G downloads. Feels like an area that Sky Go falls down compared to other providers, both of whom come in at a much lower cost and without long contracts

@SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?
