    I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Saying it’s fine but it’s not can’t you see millions of mails people tagging use in this has being going on since midnight my WiFi is going off and on constantly in the G83 area bloody hell there’s a fault if whole of U.K. is down but it’s saying it’s fine

    @ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

    @LondonaLozzy @SkyHelpTeam Thats an external engineer thats been booked (as the system detected the fault is outside your house and therefore no internal appointment day/time is booked). 2-5 working days for a fox meaning it’ll probably be tomorrow or the fay after baring any unexpected issues

    @jamessbond20 @SkyUK We have issues with SKyQ too lots of tv progs not stacking in serieslink When they are stacking they are out of order thumbnails missing just blank screens There is a thread which is live on their forum-marked as it been solved it’s isn’t, & they know it. Awful from them

    @SkyHelpTeam @hollymaltese I asked back on 20 August when they would resolve their known issue around the series links and single episodes all over the place in our planners and said the same thing. Clearly quickly as possible is longer than a month :( Our planner is a complete mess!
