Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

@SkySports Got no problem at all with the result today as @RangersFC got it wrong from start to finish. Mr Andy Walker should never be allowed to Co commentate on another old firm match. The most biased I have ever heard. Either a neutral or one from each side is needed

@SkyHelpTeam For the 4th day in a row our sky q box has cut out with a blue screen saying "no satellite signal". After rebooting the box every day it works but shouldn't be having to do this every day. Paying good money for a poor service

@primevideouk - you're one of the biggest companies in history. Why is the app on @SkyUK Sky Q boxes so bad? It's borderline unusable. The search function is awful, categories are all but non existent and it keeps bringing up shows and films I've already seen. Please fix it.

@SkyHelpTeam Any advice for lag spikes with your broadband? Recently changed from your old router to the current one with FTTP and now every 30seconds or so, my ping jumps from 4-6ms to 400ms. It makes playing online games a bad time. WiFi connection but very close to router.
