@SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

@SkyHelpTeam Even that's not possible. Just tells me to do the connection tests, when re tests says it OK back up and running but when test again says there is an issue. Just go round in circles

@huwselby @SkyHelpTeam you next steps i.e. engineer needed or wait for DLM. If the speed is where it should be then you have a WIFI issue and you’ll need to troubleshoot accordingly

@SkyHelpTeam We had poor connection before the outage, and just as poor now it's over. I've raised a complaint but not had any reply. Your own service checker shows d/l speed below guarnteed minimum. Can't use Zoom anymore, and everything takes ages to load.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried this to which I get told there is a technical fault with our system and we’ll call you back. No one does. It’s quite poor customer service to be honest. Not the people on the phone’s fault but not good.

@SkyHelpTeam I know how to run checks/tests etc, and have worked in “networking” for over 10 years. The problem is at your end. You must stop doing network tests and updates during customer usage hours. I’m fed up of constantly getting cut off mid work, without warning!

@SkyHelpTeam @mtthw_thmsn86 That's the problem with SKY charge for 4K/UHD content whereas others provide it within the costs - come on get your pricing lower and more aligned with other providers and I may be tempted again - but I do not miss it anymore.
