    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I am having persistent problems with both my TV and my internet. I’ve also got a 3rd box which isn’t working at all. Your website isn’t helping me and is suggesting I ask fellow customers. I’m paying you £90 a month and would prefer to deal with you, please.

    I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Team, according to your website you are welcome to call the call centre if one has problems accessing your services. I called. Answered ‘No’ in relation to your filter question on key workers etc., and then cut off. I thought you should call as I don’t see-

    @ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah especially when there seems to be no reason for it as the weather has been fine here today. Its been off since before we got up this morning. It also doesn't help that some neighbour's sky internet is running fine. Will see in the morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. Please don’t let this delay happen with The Last of Us UHD file next week. I pay a premium for UHD and you really should be promptly delivering on it, especially with a flagship show that you’ve relentlessly advertised as an exclusive. Treat it as such.

    @SkyHelpTeam really want is going on with sky q these days. The formats are a joke, come on to watch last of us episode 3 and the uhd format isn’t there. The recording and series link and finding episodes nowadays is so clunky and unreliable. Really poor @sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Day 27 wondering #whereismybroadband. Phoned customer service this morning great advisor but still no broadband. Yesterday's advisor said he would ring me with an update but has not. Let's see if today's advisor will ring at 12pm tomorrow. Counting the days without wifi.
