@JasonRushton7 @BBCSport @SkySports It was the worst thing I’ve seen on tv in the last 20 years. My son came and told me to turn it on and as I did I saw the guy jerking because of the defib. Then there’s the guys wife. I know it is not bbc cameras but there was a studio full of highly paid pundits to go to.

@SkyHelpTeam Well that seems like a cop out. I pay Sky for my service. It literally just went off 15 mins ago. When Sky came put to install they only connected the cable from the wall socket to the Q box.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky installed yesterday. Unable to access any on demand content which is paid for & was an issue when engineer was here. Told to wait 4hrs then call. 24hrs later still no access & being told just have to wait an indeterminate length of time for access. Not happy

@SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

Things happen but lack of transparency on what the issue is and estimated Fix time is frustrating.. what’s more annoying is seeing the adverts last night and today talking about how great the Sky BB is

Since getting @SkyUK internet a few weeks ago I constantly have my connection dropping. I've done every fix suggested on the Connection Diagnosis page, moved every cable etc. Today I'm due to deliver 2 big online training sessions + praying I can Zoom via my mobile phone hotspot!
