    @SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a technician who said all she can do is flag it to the apps team. Your technician said it seems the only solution is an update of the app and this problem is affecting all consoles. Can I ask if you are working on an update at all? And if so when can we expect it?
