    Coverage of International Football is terrible on @SkySports They have all the games, most of which are on at the same time and NO HIGHLIGHTS show. Making it virtually impossible to watch the best bits of all games. So disapointing!

    @terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Following the advice on the DM’s received no closer to an acceptable resolution to situation caused by incorrect information provided by @SkyUK staff. Complaints number goes to general call centre, who can’t help! #disappointed in cust serv received. considering options

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam What is wrong with your TV listings page online? The dropdown menu is broken, everything is so laggy, it constantly freezes up. Have tried on different browsers, no difference. It's frankly a disgrace for a TV company, and has been like it for years.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I had an engineer come today to install my sky, everything seemed to work fine and then after he left the tv wouldnt turn on. A red light comes on but nothing on the screen, this has never happened before, help!

    @SkyHelpTeam do you think it's a reasonable response to be told by one of your team members on the phone when you ring to say you have no service at all & are in the middle of waiting 9 days for an engineer to be told "I'm not sure what you want me to do?" 1/2

    @SkyUK have just told me that NI customers with WIFI issues can't get WIFI engineers. GB customers can. We are on the same contract and a major service level is not being provided. BTW - Ireland have them too. Just not us. @ClaireHanna I swear to god I am about to go *more* nuts

    Wow @SkyUK are robbing, money greedy *****. Trying to charge me £17 more a month for the same package I’m on at the moment, whereas a new customer can sign up and get the same package for much less. 🤮 @SkyHelpTeam
