@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

@SkySports Got no problem at all with the result today as @RangersFC got it wrong from start to finish. Mr Andy Walker should never be allowed to Co commentate on another old firm match. The most biased I have ever heard. Either a neutral or one from each side is needed

@SkyHelpTeam I had an engineer out on Friday and he resolved my issue by replacing a faulty sky q box. However it says on my account and on my sky that the visit was delayed and I have to reschedule. This is wrong as my problem has been resolved by your engineer. Can you fix this

Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

@SkyUK A disgrace of a company!! Wanting my 75yr old mother, just out of hospital after 4 weeks to go a month without tv as they can’t get an engineer out before the end of Sept! Happy enough to hike her bill every year for the 10 years she’s been a customer! #thievingbastards

@SkyHelpTeam For the 4th day in a row our sky q box has cut out with a blue screen saying "no satellite signal". After rebooting the box every day it works but shouldn't be having to do this every day. Paying good money for a poor service

@SkyUK need to speak to sum1. Sent ipad in as not charging, been told out of warranty as it’s bent. Only when I questioned the guy did he say they’d had over 270 units like this and it’s a known problem. Ipad has always been in a case & we haven’t bent it. £406 to replace it wtf

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah sorry I just checked and it says one! But still I can’t access it! I quite often Have trouble logging into my sky app as in my details section it shows both my old and current email address and whenever I try update my details it says error

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam. Like I said, once I do those tests, it says can't find hub so it can't run a test. This makes me feel there is an issue in the area as we haven't made any changes to the equipment or loosened any cables

@SkyHelpTeam your customer service is abysmal. Please start paying attention to what people are telling you and stop blanket directions to online help; it’s pointless in case of outages. Most people just want an idea of what the issue is and how soon it will be resolved.
