So Internet at all for 30mins @SkyHelpTeam Done all the checks and tests!!! Awful service from @SkyHelpTeam for broadband choose anyone apart from @SkyHelpTeam as they are happy to take ur money and in return you get awful broadband

@SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

@SkyUK I want the satellite dish removed from my house ASAP. You erected this 20 years ago knowing that those trees would affect the signal eventually. Bad advice. I am not paying for it, you are. I want this gone as you made me quit.

@SkyHelpTeam No issues with broadband. Tried downloading other shows just to test it & seems to work fine. Seems to just be some shows I get this error message. Does this mean they're not available to download?

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with downloading at the moment? It either says the download fails or it reaches 119% but then doesn't work. I've reset the box and my WiFi router, but nothing has worked. I have over half my sky box free storage wise so that's not an issue.
