@SkyHelpTeam For the 4th day in a row our sky q box has cut out with a blue screen saying "no satellite signal". After rebooting the box every day it works but shouldn't be having to do this every day. Paying good money for a poor service

Call centre encounters can be long and arduous. So big massive thanks to Marie @SkyHelpTeam who patiently somehow managed to talk me through broadband issues that were entirely my doing. Even though I was a total numpty she never once said it! Give the lassie a wee bonus😃🖐🏻 🤣

@SkyHelpTeam I had an engineer out on Friday and he resolved my issue by replacing a faulty sky q box. However it says on my account and on my sky that the visit was delayed and I have to reschedule. This is wrong as my problem has been resolved by your engineer. Can you fix this

@SkyHelpTeam Our broadband issues predate this local outage. We've spoken to multiple Sky agents to resolve the original issue who promised callbacks and engineer visits that never happened. You seem to not be acknowledging this. Please offer a resolution above simply "letting us know".
