Told to wait 4hrs then call. 24hrs later still no access & being told just have to wait an indeterminate length of time for access. Not happy

Also, when I left Sky, they eventually offered the sports package at ยฃ20 pm for me to stay, but I had other issues with them, so was leaving whatever they offered.
