@SkyHelpTeam Morning, I have been on the recieving end of the worst customer service ever from sky recently. Promised call back Fri/Sat but heard nothing. I get an email saying we tried to call, but we didn't get you so more or less your case is closed Case ref: 1161600232 help!!

@SkyUK I would love to, however the reason o cancelled my subscription with sky after many many years as a customer is I was told I can’t get sky broadband in my area!

@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

Sky claim I have their brand new router, still have the same one that I originally got over three years ago, can not get a resolution over the phone despite numerous attempts just get put on hold then disconnected. So disappointed! @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam I've called and the department closed at 9pm. Upload is less than 0.5mb and Download less than 4mb. I've reset the router and done all relevant checks. Speed to hub should be more than enough to handle all connected devices but cant even watch Youtube it's so slow - shocking!

@SkyHelpTeam @skytv that is surely not the case I have been explained today. On top of it you can’t let the customer cancel the contract, saying it’s gone past 30 days. Forcing the price rise on a customer. Selling the product as half price later not applying the discount when the price rises

@SkyHelpTeam. You advertise that you can have up to 4 Sky Q mini boxes but NOT say (anywhere obvious) that you can ONLY use 2 at a time. Not only must at least one of the others not be in use but actually unplugged from the wall! I need to return under cooling off. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam 8 days later and still no broadband and tv service, no update status as to why and when. Disgusting behaviour by Sky! Callbacks promised and not followed through. I am an emergency worker and cannot even work remotely due to this. Absolutely shocking and predatory behaviour!
