    . @SkyHelpTeam I understand you need to work with fewer customer service representatives but not being able to get any assistance while paying for your service is not cool. I am not vulnerable but I need to speak to a person. Phone / text /whatever. Your website is not helping.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just wondering as never get anything new but prices keep going up. One thing I find is the volume is always so low on it and looked it up and seems to be common with the sky+ boxes

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam 4 weeks of issues and still no resolve. Poor customer service. Unfulfilled promises. Poor broadband service. Overpriced tv plan despite 15 years as a customer. £800 a year....time to cancel!

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried to contact you re intermittent issues with broadband which have now been for the last fortnight. Your website is of no assistance. I need to *speak* with a human whom I can interact with....not a drop down list which doesn’t apply to me.

    So just had @SkyHelpTeam on the phone saying my internet isn’t working. Offered to kindly help me and asked what I used to access the Internet. I said to him I worked for Sky (I don’t) and I’d phone him back, asking which department he’s in Quickly hung up. #Chancer #Scam

    @SkyHelpTeam I was trying to watch the Championship Playoff Semifinal on Sky Sports Ultra HD - I could watch it in HD on the football channel with no issues but the UHD option said I needed to change my subscription

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning sky help team, during the lock down I got the signature pack(tried to get the sky+Netflix) told it comes with the skyQ box but they were unavailable at the time, I can’t get through on the phone to ask if I will get the skyQ box as I’m still using the old sky+? Thanks

    @SkyUK wondering if you can help me.... on my bill it says sky entertainment has been cancelled and I haven’t even cancelled it? I’ve not called in a very long time and I’m getting a £24 cancelling fee. I never gave anyone in sky to cancel this?

    @Skottalot @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to customer service manager with some suggestions. He was very very helpful. Non tech is all sorted. Tech side we are trying different things+I'm hoping it will be resolved shortly. Will advise if we get stuck. Thanks.👍

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam -- I'm due to give a lecture in 5 minutes and this is the third time today your service has dropped out in my area of N London. I paid extra for a better connection and I have to use BT pay as you go to do my work. Disappointing!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried my phone and on a desk top, also I called sky and the automated service said it would do a test, it then said, there was a problem and to go on the website.....bit of a viscous circle.... going nowhere fast.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi LZ, I’ve received a WiFi booster (which did help), I’ve reset the router to synchronise the IPv4 & IPv6 protocols and disabled 2.4Ghz on our Sky Q box to stop any interference, we had an issue outside the property (apparently) which was address last week, but have now been (1)
