    @SkyUK wondering if you can help me.... on my bill it says sky entertainment has been cancelled and I haven’t even cancelled it? I’ve not called in a very long time and I’m getting a £24 cancelling fee. I never gave anyone in sky to cancel this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Been there, done that. Spoke to support, followed their advice disconnecting give hub and other devices, makes no difference.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t wait till my contract is up. It’s 2020, console connected to router via Ethernet (fibre) and yet continuous lagging. Had better internet service through virgin 10 years ago mate.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I do that regularly and have done so just there. The 1st pic is when I try to access email and 2nd when I click on any SKY search link bar mobile upgrade. Last time I spoke to SKY when I had B/B issues they acknowledged that they are hearing this a hell of a lot.

    . @SkyHelpTeam I understand you need to work with fewer customer service representatives but not being able to get any assistance while paying for your service is not cool. I am not vulnerable but I need to speak to a person. Phone / text /whatever. Your website is not helping.

    @SkyHelpTeam i did that it is rubbish. It says 58, when it looks like 8 . I've done independant tests and they say around 12. but i'm paying for more. Tell me there is nothing but fibre optic between your signal and my computer.

    I cannot wait to leave @EE and switch to @SkyHelpTeam. How can the same phone and contract be soooo much cheaper for a new customer on #skymobild than a loyal #EE customer. £100 for the phone on EE and sky charge nothing, £45 a month sky and EE charge £70. It’s a no brainer

    As a @SkyUK TV and/or Broadband Customer for the last 10yrs + I'm upset that my connection issues cannot be resolved. I am disabled and use internet to make my life easier. It may be time to cut my affiliation with Sky and look elsewhere for a better package? @SkyHelpTeam
