    @SkyUK No stable wifi since Jan. Had several engineers (Sky&BT) who haven’t fixed the problem. For most of the day the middle ‘internet’ light is orange& no wifi service. Needing resolved urgently given we’re work from home for the foreseeable. Can’t get through on phone or web

    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam to cancel an engineer visit this afternoon- got put on hold for 20 mins as the guy went off to talk to his manager, so I’ve hung up - the engineer isn’t getting in, and im not paying the cancellation fee - FYI

    @SkyHelpTeam @rrosie13 Don’t allow you to get a engineer out as that opition isn’t there as the whole of Scotland etc are having same issue but you don’t get back to people at all get it sorted in the G83 area kids need this for homework ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I am having persistent problems with both my TV and my internet. I’ve also got a 3rd box which isn’t working at all. Your website isn’t helping me and is suggesting I ask fellow customers. I’m paying you £90 a month and would prefer to deal with you, please.

    @ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam Saying it’s fine but it’s not can’t you see millions of mails people tagging use in this has being going on since midnight my WiFi is going off and on constantly in the G83 area bloody hell there’s a fault if whole of U.K. is down but it’s saying it’s fine

    @SkyHelpTeam this is the second day that your broadband services are not working. It’s a bit ironic that while your prices are up your services are down. Please fix the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv @SkyUK Really getting sick of attempted downloads on SkyQ failing with message “Failed. Remote network problem”! Research shows it’s caused by Sky inserting adverts into the downloads. I’ve tried using both wired & WiFi ! Never had this problem with Sky+ !

    @Syrion16 @SkyHelpTeam A licensing issue that allows the full dialogue with changed music buried in a not so popular channel, whilst the most popular channel is airing the one completely cut out. These 2 SKY channels owned by @SkyHelpTeam totally contradict themselves. So my neighbour can watch the >>

    EVERYBODY AVOID @virginmedia by far the worst provider have had issues outstanding for over 3 weeks and still no resolution. When they can’t answer you they will cut you off. I recommend everybody to go to @SkyUK if they’re looking for a provider. Avoid virgin.
