My son came and told me to turn it on and as I did I saw the guy jerking because of the defib. Then there’s the guys wife. She was crying as she came off the call and is so upset and distressed that she has called me for help. I have the same package that she’s been offered and I pay £110 a month, so they are clearly just ripping off the elderly!! Absolutely disgusting. Can’t call them as I am not with her for authorisation until Monday, but they will be hearing from me then!
