    @SkyHelpTeam Hey guys looking for a bit of help, I'm currently with virgin for my broadband and have given them my 30 days notice which we'll end on the 5th of February, my partner is a current Sky TV customer and has signed up for sky superfast 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam hey guys, I called to cancel my sons order for tv and broadband and an automated service took the details then hung up - will it have been cancelled or do I need to speak to someone.

    @SkyHelpTeam two nights in a row waiting for 2 hours to get through, gets throughly guy couldn’t help me, promised me a call back yesterday, never happened, my contract is due to be renewed. Can’t even do this on my online account 😡😡

    Awe here wee go andy Walker on #skysports commentating in a game that guy should be he is meant to unbiased but can’t help himself Trying to get the game cancelled Saying You cant even see the markings on the pitch because at 2-2 with #lLivingstone knowing livi going to score 🇬🇧

    Been a @SkyUK customer since it’s formation in the early 90’s! Fed up with standard responses to broadband & WiFi enquiries, & a feeling that priority lies with gaining new custom & little or no reward for loyalty, I have decided to switch suppliers! Response - A standard letter!

    @SkyHelpTeam would it be possible to check for outages to broadband/phone in the Chesterfield area? My internet is down and my phone isn’t getting dial tone. I’m assuming an outage in my area? Everything seems fine in house and outside to the pole. Thanks in advance.

    @SkyHelpTeam Renegotiated my contract recently. Is there a cooling off period where I can cancel as broadband has been poor ever since. Turned down 300mb fibre from @virginmedia for this..

    @LucyMangan @SkyUK Oh, so now instead of reading Middlemarch, you need to sign up for a TV service? How about this: cancel all your TV services and read Middlemarch.
