    @SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam How can you justify a "set up fee" when an existing customer wants to change their package? Surely as an existing customer you have my details so just need to amend them in your computer system?

    @SkyHelpTeam It's a Samsung Q60 series. I know what I'm doing with a TV and how to change brightness, contrast and HDR settings so it's not that. It's clear that I'm not the only one having this issue?
