    @SkyHelpTeam the WORST customer service! Taken 3 months to set up WiFi - for it to then be cancelled 2 weeks later.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Okay I'll break it down for you - Why you can't renegotiate your package online? When you do you call Sky, you always get offered a crap deal & it's only when you threaten to cancel that you actually get a better deal.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just received an interesting spam/phising call that I let play out to a certain point to be able to warn others. It involves convincing people their sky broadband has a fault and how to fix it. Would you like me to DM you details or is there an address I can email?

    @SkyHelpTeam engineer coming to fit my sky tomorrow, but I require a VOIP telephone line, not a copper wire line, BT say phone line is faulty, could take weeks to fix, also need a VOIP as working from home, my company use VOIP telephony. Tried to call you but cant get through.
