@SkyHelpTeam I tried to contact you re intermittent issues with broadband which have now been for the last fortnight. Your website is of no assistance. I need to *speak* with a human whom I can interact with....not a drop down list which doesn’t apply to me.

@SkyHelpTeam Have tried a number of suggestions already, but the same connection issues still occur. Given the issues that have disturbed my husband and I quite substantially this week while working from home, we’d also be looking for reimbursement of broadband fees equating to the week past.

@SkyHelpTeam I was trying to watch the Championship Playoff Semifinal on Sky Sports Ultra HD - I could watch it in HD on the football channel with no issues but the UHD option said I needed to change my subscription

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam 4 weeks of issues and still no resolve. Poor customer service. Unfulfilled promises. Poor broadband service. Overpriced tv plan despite 15 years as a customer. £800 a year....time to cancel!

@67seann @gasreggal @liviman71 @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Thats what id do if it was my decision but we have to accept that if we go down this route our team on the park will be considerably weakened and some staff at Celtic Park will lose their jobs. Its not an easy decision. Celtic are more reliant on gate income than most clubs.

So just had @SkyHelpTeam on the phone saying my internet isn’t working. Offered to kindly help me and asked what I used to access the Internet. I said to him I worked for Sky (I don’t) and I’d phone him back, asking which department he’s in Quickly hung up. #Chancer #Scam

Noticed our local green exchange box in the street open to the elements as someone's left the door unlocked and the wind is at it.. not sure if it's connected.

@SkyHelpTeam I have run all the tests online and on the app and still there’s an error. I need to work from from home. This hub isn’t as good as the BT hub we had,we had no issues with BT broadband. I changed to Sky as your team were helpful. Please help urgently. Thank you
