    @SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

    @SkyHelpTeam launching an investigation as we’d been misinformed of the costs for cancellation.. but even if they do find that to be correct they won’t honour it or provide compensation. Brilliant customer service as always. At least we have wifi in a derelict house though! 👏🏼🥴
