    @SkyUK wondering if you can help me.... on my bill it says sky entertainment has been cancelled and I haven’t even cancelled it? I’ve not called in a very long time and I’m getting a £24 cancelling fee. I never gave anyone in sky to cancel this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I do that regularly and have done so just there. The 1st pic is when I try to access email and 2nd when I click on any SKY search link bar mobile upgrade. Last time I spoke to SKY when I had B/B issues they acknowledged that they are hearing this a hell of a lot.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t wait till my contract is up. It’s 2020, console connected to router via Ethernet (fibre) and yet continuous lagging. Had better internet service through virgin 10 years ago mate.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely shockingly bad broadband service recently but yesterday topper them all. It dropped out over 12 times and today already happened 5 times, yet your incredibly slow website tells me there's no issues in my area!! Stay away people, absolute joke.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, nothing is working - and your website confirms that. I've called 150 now too and the automated assistant says there is an exchange issue. An estimated time for resolution would be great as I am homeworking at present!
