@SkyHelpTeam I can’t wait till my contract is up. It’s 2020, console connected to router via Ethernet (fibre) and yet continuous lagging. Had better internet service through virgin 10 years ago mate.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I do that regularly and have done so just there. The 1st pic is when I try to access email and 2nd when I click on any SKY search link bar mobile upgrade. Last time I spoke to SKY when I had B/B issues they acknowledged that they are hearing this a hell of a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam No trouble with broadband/wifi its the landline which when my home number is dialled connects to another number elsewhere, ie I dial my house number and someone in a house elsewhere answers on their own number! I now cant call out from my landline either since the new modem/hub

@SkyHelpTeam broadband not working again (in Llanedeyrn, Cardiff). Cuts out every 5 minutes and takes a further 10 to reconnect. Have complained so many times in the last few months. Time to leave methinks. Utter rubbish.

@SkyHelpTeam Finding it increasingly annoying and impossible to actually re-contract with you. I am going through infinity loop on your IVR and never actually being able to speak to someone. The app and website still don’t allow me to acces the offer stated. I am on the verge on cancelling 😡
