    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down again today. That’s the third time this week. Your just becoming so unreliable. Don’t bother directing me to the self testing I’m already aware. Neighbors down as well also on sky. Everything else on cul-de-sac ok.

    @SkyHelpTeam Okay I'll break it down for you - Why you can't renegotiate your package online? When you do you call Sky, you always get offered a crap deal & it's only when you threaten to cancel that you actually get a better deal.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, reported Tuesday morning, ran 3 tests; all failed, passed on to “expert team”. Phoned back today, told to wait for expert team. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m paying for a service and you are not providing it.

    Does anyone else find that their Sky Q box has started recording random things & adding them to series link all on its own? e.g. It's just started recording Autumn Watch whilst I was in the other room having my dinner! I've never watched it & have no interest in it! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam But you clearly have issue with Samsung handsets as the number of comments abd complaints on your own help forum highlights. Your lack of desire to wish to help means the contract we have is broken as your service is not fit for purpose

    @SkyHelpTeam I was promised that the issue would be resolved by Thursday and today it is so bad that I can’t access anything, even the TV guide on your sky box. Very disappointed as our baby monitors run on Wi-Fi, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
