Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

@SkyHelpTeam Morning, I have been on the recieving end of the worst customer service ever from sky recently. Promised call back Fri/Sat but heard nothing. I get an email saying we tried to call, but we didn't get you so more or less your case is closed Case ref: 1161600232 help!!

@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky q box has a mind of it own and is playing up. All programs on series link either don’t record at all or record a few episodes then stop, either needs upgraded or replaced, please get in touch to rectify problem, thanks

@RWTaylors @SkyHelpTeam Stick with them. I switched to Virgin media thinking it would be better (had talk prior to sky who are woeful for drop outs, drops in mbs and terrible customer service). Virgin do have have polite customer service, though.

@SkyHelpTeam so I have some issues with my broadband… 38mbps down coming in, only 17 mbps coming out of the hub. Changed the hub for a new one and the same thing. Decided to only used the sky hub as a modem and add a gaming router now issues with Nat type?
