@SkyHelpTeam No but also didn’t get QR code so had to to app sign up using different email as I say I can get into on my tv can choose programs but they don’t load after you pick them Had this issue with both signing in profiles. Cheers

@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down again today. That’s the third time this week. Your just becoming so unreliable. Don’t bother directing me to the self testing I’m already aware. Neighbors down as well also on sky. Everything else on cul-de-sac ok.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

@Andrew_Shrimper @SkyHelpTeam Hi Andrew. Had this when I first had my bits Installed. Try unplugging the WiFi from the phone line, then the main box and then the mini. Then put WiFi back, main box then mini. Worked for us. Obviously with BB being down you may to wait a bit. Good luck.

@SkyHelpTeam @MatthewJayRyan The problem is that the page states that the issue can take a couple of hours to fix, it's now been a couple of hours and still no update on the sky page!! Would be nice to actually know a time frame, not an automated response
