    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

    Honestly unreal how much companies shaft their existing customers. Now my contract is needing renewed @SkyHelpTeam increasing my bills by £20 and moving me down to the basic package 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam For the 4th day in a row our sky q box has cut out with a blue screen saying "no satellite signal". After rebooting the box every day it works but shouldn't be having to do this every day. Paying good money for a poor service

    @chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

    Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

    @SkySports Got no problem at all with the result today as @RangersFC got it wrong from start to finish. Mr Andy Walker should never be allowed to Co commentate on another old firm match. The most biased I have ever heard. Either a neutral or one from each side is needed

    After finding no fault @OpenreachHelp said someone offshore needs to "connect the dots" and then @SkyHelpTeam said that wasn't true but someone has to switch something over at the exchange. Would it be quicker to go down and ask them to do it myself?

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam - I am trying to upgrade my broadband package from Essential to Superfast and the website is saying that I need an engineer appointment, even though I am already a customer. Is this right or will it be overridden once I have placed the order?

    Internet still not working a week after installation, just dropped £20 on a @ThreeUK add-on for extra data so I can actually work. Don't have the heart to ring @SkyHelpTeam just to be told I have to wait another 24 hours (til Monday now) for them to chase @OpenreachHelp :(
