The only thing reliable about @SkyHelpTeam broadband is that is will always go down just after midnight. Given up asking for it to be sorted. If you’re looking for a broadband provider, avoid them like the plague.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi team, for several months my mobile keeps “cutting out” during calls. Mid conservation, whilst the call is still active, it goes dead and neither I can hear the caller nor they can hear me. I know at least 5 people it’s happening to on SkyMobile. Help appreciated👍🏼

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my Internet drops 4(ish) times in quick succession each morning daily for the last couple of weeks. Had an engineer out but this morning it's doing it again, and only just making 18mb/s. Really not helpful when trying to work remotely. Is there an issue on S8?
