    @SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

    @SkyHelpTeam My WiFi keeps dropping out considerably allot which has resulted in my box no longer accepting that WiFi network! Whether it's via wps or putting the password in manually, now I've had to lead it directly

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to arrange for a phone socket to be moved, Sky saying no as we don't have line rental with them, but I am paying a bill for phone/broadband every month!!! On phone for 90 mins, passed from person to person, WTF do we need to do to get service?
