@SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

@SkyHelpTeam I swear to god use need to sort this WiFi in the U.K. it’s being going on and off since midnight and people are showing and saying it is saying no fault but there obv is a fault when it’s happening all over U.K. fix it and stop sending things for us to fix it we cant

@SkyHelpTeam @rrosie13 Don’t allow you to get a engineer out as that opition isn’t there as the whole of Scotland etc are having same issue but you don’t get back to people at all get it sorted in the G83 area kids need this for homework ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I work in IT service, which included networking. If you took the time to look at the pictures you would note I have done as you suggested, 17 times Friday alone. Your network is simply flaky as a chocolate flake. Phone support is averaging over 45 minutes.

@SkyHelpTeam Could you clarify if your engineers are allowed into the home of someone shielding? In Lockdown 2 our Engineer was very reluctant to come on, despite me offering to go into another room whilst my carer dealt with the issues I was having.
