I was on hold for 30 mins started speaking to someone and then I was cut off. Customer experience has been pretty poor since I moved to sky and the issues with broadband is affecting my work.

Prior to being cut off I was told I would have no service until 27 Oct. How can I speak to someone that can help?

However sky are claiming to have not received this (typical) and are seemingly trying to reconnect me when I have now have a contract in place with virgin!!
