@SkyHelpTeam @rrosie13 Don’t allow you to get a engineer out as that opition isn’t there as the whole of Scotland etc are having same issue but you don’t get back to people at all get it sorted in the G83 area kids need this for homework ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

Day 4 or 5 of no Internet service from sky from 9am to 9pm. The @SkyHelpTeam has offered contradictory information as to what's wrong "booked engineer visits" as it needs it, then cancel them and don't bother calling back to tell us. We had to find out when we called back.

So in order to fix THEIR billing issue, @SkyHelpTeam have put me on a new contract, extending my minimum contract term, WITHOUT CONSULTING ME. I specifically said that would NOT be an acceptable solution. Not sure it's even legal.
