@SkyHelpTeam your broadband checker claims service is fine but it has been mostly non usable, intermittently working for a few seconds every half hour since about 10am in SO17 postcode. Lots of people in the area experiencing the same. Having to use 4G

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve called Sky 12 times now in the past 10 days, had an openreach engineer attend my property and a new router sent without any luck. It’s still a problem and nobody is any closer to getting to the bottom of it
