@skytv @SkyHelpTeam 4 weeks of issues and still no resolve. Poor customer service. Unfulfilled promises. Poor broadband service. Overpriced tv plan despite 15 years as a customer. £800 a year....time to cancel!

So just had @SkyHelpTeam on the phone saying my internet isn’t working. Offered to kindly help me and asked what I used to access the Internet. I said to him I worked for Sky (I don’t) and I’d phone him back, asking which department he’s in Quickly hung up. #Chancer #Scam

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I do that regularly and have done so just there. The 1st pic is when I try to access email and 2nd when I click on any SKY search link bar mobile upgrade. Last time I spoke to SKY when I had B/B issues they acknowledged that they are hearing this a hell of a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam Morning sky help team, during the lock down I got the signature pack(tried to get the sky+Netflix) told it comes with the skyQ box but they were unavailable at the time, I can’t get through on the phone to ask if I will get the skyQ box as I’m still using the old sky+? Thanks
