@SkyUK No stable wifi since Jan. Had several engineers (Sky&BT) who haven’t fixed the problem. For most of the day the middle ‘internet’ light is orange& no wifi service. Needing resolved urgently given we’re work from home for the foreseeable. Can’t get through on phone or web

Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam to cancel an engineer visit this afternoon- got put on hold for 20 mins as the guy went off to talk to his manager, so I’ve hung up - the engineer isn’t getting in, and im not paying the cancellation fee - FYI

@OpenreachHelp I have had the most appalling service from Open Reach - perhaps you'd like to think about fixing my broadband fibre optic cable which was damaged on 1 March. So far radio silence from Open Reach and @SkyUK . Worst customer service ever !!!
