@SkyUK wondering if you can help me.... on my bill it says sky entertainment has been cancelled and I haven’t even cancelled it? I’ve not called in a very long time and I’m getting a £24 cancelling fee. I never gave anyone in sky to cancel this?

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I do that regularly and have done so just there. The 1st pic is when I try to access email and 2nd when I click on any SKY search link bar mobile upgrade. Last time I spoke to SKY when I had B/B issues they acknowledged that they are hearing this a hell of a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam I can’t wait till my contract is up. It’s 2020, console connected to router via Ethernet (fibre) and yet continuous lagging. Had better internet service through virgin 10 years ago mate.

@SkyHelpTeam We've tried all steps. The internet won't come back on since we reset the hub. We have tried calling but it says there's an outage in the area and they are working hard to fix it and won't let us speak to an operator.
