    @SkyUK I want the satellite dish removed from my house ASAP. You erected this 20 years ago knowing that those trees would affect the signal eventually. Bad advice. I am not paying for it, you are. I want this gone as you made me quit.

    So Internet at all for 30mins @SkyHelpTeam Done all the checks and tests!!! Awful service from @SkyHelpTeam for broadband choose anyone apart from @SkyHelpTeam as they are happy to take ur money and in return you get awful broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done this and it doesn't work. Like I said I've completed all the steps suggested a number of times and none of its worked. I'm not the only 1 with this issue and I don't think it's just Sky. It's with other networks too

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m not now I eventually got sorted but when I had my problem automated answering machines passed me round in circles or the help pages did the same took me ages to eventually speak to someone I gave up twice I got that frustrated and angry

    Rang @SkyUK for some advice on a signal problem at home. The ‘technician’ just tried to sell me sky multiroom. Awesome I’ll not be able to sky in two rooms! Ffs sky so much for loyalty. @virginmedia what’s your tv like ?

    @SkyHelpTeam To be honest, I’ve spent enough time trying to get some info out of sky today, time I won’t get back, and as usual it’s just a bit of a headache. As it seems you misdiagnosed the issue this morning, you’d think Sky would double check the line.

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no internet connection light on the router. My Mesh system is reporting no internet so don’t see how clearing the browser cache will help. Thinking of going to BT anyway.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello thanks for your reply but that update doesn’t give me any timescales and the service has been down for 5 hours now / It has gone past the couple of hours mentioned on the update. A proper update of when this may be fixed would be useful. I work from home hence the concern.
