@SkyHelpTeam How can you justify a "set up fee" when an existing customer wants to change their package? Surely as an existing customer you have my details so just need to amend them in your computer system?

@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down again today. That’s the third time this week. Your just becoming so unreliable. Don’t bother directing me to the self testing I’m already aware. Neighbors down as well also on sky. Everything else on cul-de-sac ok.

@SkyHelpTeam Okay I'll break it down for you - Why you can't renegotiate your package online? When you do you call Sky, you always get offered a crap deal & it's only when you threaten to cancel that you actually get a better deal.

@SkyHelpTeam No but also didn’t get QR code so had to to app sign up using different email as I say I can get into on my tv can choose programs but they don’t load after you pick them Had this issue with both signing in profiles. Cheers

Hello @SkyHelpTeam, Sky Broadband in my area the Internet is down at the moment & there are so many other users recently also reporting their Internet being down. Is there a regional or countrywide issue with Sky Broadbandcat at this point in time in cities in the SE of UK? 🤔
