@SkyUK I want the satellite dish removed from my house ASAP. You erected this 20 years ago knowing that those trees would affect the signal eventually. Bad advice. I am not paying for it, you are. I want this gone as you made me quit.

@virginmedia I can’t use your service anymore. Wifi is intermittent every day. Had to hotspot my phone just to work. The virgin media service in this area is #terrible. Lots of people have left and gone to sky. Why is the service so very bad??? #bbcwatchdog #skyuk

@SkyHelpTeam It’s a Sky Q box. I can’t access Sky documentaries either. It just says: ‘Because of a technical issue, your download couldn’t be completed.Try later. I can watch TV but nothing else.

@SkyHelpTeam No worries, not trying to be rude but the app on my tv just quickly and smoothly scrolls back to the start of the vid when you hold the button down which makes sense, proper frustrating using it via the sky box
