@ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

@SkyUK No stable wifi since Jan. Had several engineers (Sky&BT) who haven’t fixed the problem. For most of the day the middle ‘internet’ light is orange& no wifi service. Needing resolved urgently given we’re work from home for the foreseeable. Can’t get through on phone or web

I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

@SkyHelpTeam afternoon, is there any way to improve my broadband signal... I already have fibre broadband but struggle to get a WiFi signal upstairs in certain rooms? We pay quite a lot for our subscription and find it disappointing that we don't have full use. Regards
