    @SkyHelpTeam For the 4th day in a row our sky q box has cut out with a blue screen saying "no satellite signal". After rebooting the box every day it works but shouldn't be having to do this every day. Paying good money for a poor service

    @SkyHelpTeam I had an engineer out on Friday and he resolved my issue by replacing a faulty sky q box. However it says on my account and on my sky that the visit was delayed and I have to reschedule. This is wrong as my problem has been resolved by your engineer. Can you fix this

    Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

    @SkyHelpTeam sky broadband engineer came out 2 months ago, skyq box faulty, causing wifi issues. did a patch up so it would last a week for him to sort a replacement box, you think the broadband engineer forgot to do what he said he was going to do as we still waiting with fault

    Banners on social media telling me a game is on tv and the latest odds. Having Skysports to begin with, I wouldn’t bet on a single game if I wasn’t watching it. When I spend a little more than I should on something, I bet to try put that money back which I know is stupid.

    @SkySports It’s not the referee’s fault you can’t defend very well. Poor challenge after losing the ball. Not quick enough closing the ball down and no one closed down or attempted to intercept the cross. 4 possible chances to regain possession. None taken. Always expect the unexpected
