Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

@SkyHelpTeam Can't access multiple sites this morning. Your portal handily tells me that banking sites are broken, but I think you need to update the message to reflect it's much worse than this! Also when I go to your site it seems to think I'm in Ireland, not the UK!

Do you not communicate with one another or test these patches before installing them? Spent 20 minutes on the phone to Santander, no apology, nothing on the website. Piss poor customer service!!
