Call centre encounters can be long and arduous. So big massive thanks to Marie @SkyHelpTeam who patiently somehow managed to talk me through broadband issues that were entirely my doing. Even though I was a total numpty she never once said it! Give the lassie a wee bonus😃🖐🏻 🤣

@SkyHelpTeam For the 4th day in a row our sky q box has cut out with a blue screen saying "no satellite signal". After rebooting the box every day it works but shouldn't be having to do this every day. Paying good money for a poor service

@SkyHelpTeam I had an engineer out on Friday and he resolved my issue by replacing a faulty sky q box. However it says on my account and on my sky that the visit was delayed and I have to reschedule. This is wrong as my problem has been resolved by your engineer. Can you fix this

@SkyUK get sky q installed, breaks day 1, over a week for an engineer.I guess the VIP customer seems only to be a thing before you sign a contract. Once on a new contract oh well attitude we have your money.
