    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalled that after an initial call on 30th October to join sky for tv & broadband as moving to our new property on 27/11, that 33 days later & a catalogue of issues the engineer didn’t show up as arranged & now we are due back to WFH but have no internet

    @SkyHelpTeam two nights in a row waiting for 2 hours to get through, gets throughly guy couldn’t help me, promised me a call back yesterday, never happened, my contract is due to be renewed. Can’t even do this on my online account 😡😡

    @SkyUK Possibly quitting you today after 25 years. Your failure to deal with my problems are just not good enough. My Sky Go doesn't work, as a bus driver, I need this, but you keep putting up obstacles. Contact me or live chat or I go elsewhere and you can take the boxes.

    @SkyHelpTeam @JulianMiddleto8 Be prepared to wait weeks if not months for internet. We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us

    Annoys me how much effort @SkySports puts into marketing and production of the EPL compared to @spfl. The SPFL is never going to progress while contracted to Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried using that link a few times a day via my sky app as have all 6 of the advisers I have spoken to at Sky. It just circles sand never goes anywhere therefore I am unable to tell if there is a problem in the area.

    1/2 @SkyHelpTeam Hi, had your ultra fast broadband installed 6 or so weeks ago. Two calls to helpline for poor speeds in first couple of days. Now on again as it's been a nightmare, my 400mbs guarantee, last test was 1.9mbs

    Brilliant. @SkyHelpTeam broadband playing up. Yet the tests which tell me everything is fine. Red light and no lights tell me otherwise. Don’t need these issues right now
