    Currently trying to work from home and @SkyHelpTeam broadband has been down since the weekend. Called and they said there’s no known issues, yet the issue I have is I STILL can’t get connected. A switch to @virginmedia might be in order

    @ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

    I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that but I cannot get the services I am paying for without this booster. It has been one week now. Also not good I cannot contact your billing department just now as there is a problem with my TV bill

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Team, according to your website you are welcome to call the call centre if one has problems accessing your services. I called. Answered ‘No’ in relation to your filter question on key workers etc., and then cut off. I thought you should call as I don’t see-

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I am having persistent problems with both my TV and my internet. I’ve also got a 3rd box which isn’t working at all. Your website isn’t helping me and is suggesting I ask fellow customers. I’m paying you £90 a month and would prefer to deal with you, please.

    @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Theres no great option. In a fair world we would not sell tickets till fans are allowed back in and put our games on at 5 quid PPV. Unfortunately this would mean a fire sale on players. This appears to be the best of many bad options.

    @HughesStephrn @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I don't think its value for money but given the circumstances im going to renew. Nobody is forcing anyone to pay for this. Everyone can make up their own minds. From the clubs perspective if you chargex 5 quid a game rather than 30 youd never get 6 times as many people sign up

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it says there is a connection problem. Then when I click “I think there is an issue” it says it’s ok. But it’s not. I’ve now held reset button down for 10 seconds to reset box. But no difference

    @SkyHelpTeam It wasn't a similar offer. It was £12 a month more. Inconvenience of no broadband and phone and we didn't cancel. It was Sky's error!

    @SkyUK Finally my connection is stable on the Pucks but the picture quality of the 55" Glass TV is soooo poor. Washed out grainy picture. You need to improve the TV quality and give anyone with the original Glass TV a free swap/upgrade for putting up with it.

    @SkyHelpTeam It really shouldn’t be my problem to deal with though. I’m being charged whilst waiting for the complaints department to contact me. I can’t put a claim through Royal Mail until sky can prove it was damaged in transit. So I’m at a loss on what steps to take.

    @SkyHelpTeam @AshleyWebb82 Hi there same issue as Ashley also south cambs (Eltisley PE19). Followed all online steps line check comes up clear and apparently I'm connected with Internet meanwhile having no download/upload speed at all
