    So Internet at all for 30mins @SkyHelpTeam Done all the checks and tests!!! Awful service from @SkyHelpTeam for broadband choose anyone apart from @SkyHelpTeam as they are happy to take ur money and in return you get awful broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, been having alot of broadband problems the past 24 hours. Have got an engineer coming Wednesday but in the meantime we have no internet. Only 2 green lights on our router. Could you please help?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam No issues with broadband. Tried downloading other shows just to test it & seems to work fine. Seems to just be some shows I get this error message. Does this mean they're not available to download?

    @SkyHelpTeam added BT Sport onto my account when I signed up. It's all over Sky's website that BT Sport is a 31-day rolling contract, yet I've just called to cancel it and I've been told I can't as it's on an 18-month contract. Can you confirm where in the T&C it states this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Why would I be checking future bills? I don’t expect my monthly charge to change without adequate notice or without prior agreement. You never set out when the contract would end. Ridiculous response, not happy. JOKE.

    @SkyHelpTeam There is clearly still an intermittent fault left over from your overnight fix. My broadband has completely dropped three times this morning in the middle of work. It’s currently up but an intermittent fault persists. Please treat this as a formal report of the fault

    @SkyHelpTeam It hasn't. It was resolved and now the same issue is back. Loads of people have the same problem. It's just rubbish to claim it is resolved.
