@SkyHelpTeam @HiveHelper @HiveHomeUK 5 hours spent trying to get our new Sky Q router to connect to our existing Hive Hub. Two calls to Hive and a 45 min call to Sky and no resolution. So having to spend £40 replacing a Hive Hub that works. No wonder there is so much waste

@CelticGossip @SkySports @CelticFC The problem is that pundits and their employers only care about publicity. I never listen to the pundits pre or post match. I do not buy newspapers and block them on twitter. I avoid the phone too. Give them nothing and ignore them is my motto. They have their own bias agenda.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I have been checking there - it says it usually takes a couple of hours to fix but when people have been phoning they are getting told 48 hours but that time is almost up now - I am lucky I have been able to work from the office

@SkyHelpTeam It's just come back on, but I'll continue to monitor the connection during the evening. If it drops again at all, I can only presume there's an issue with the ONT box as the Hub's WiFi works fine as I've tested it by sending an image to my printer using the hub.
