Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

@SkySports Got no problem at all with the result today as @RangersFC got it wrong from start to finish. Mr Andy Walker should never be allowed to Co commentate on another old firm match. The most biased I have ever heard. Either a neutral or one from each side is needed

@SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

@SkyHelpTeam Following the advice on the DM’s received no closer to an acceptable resolution to situation caused by incorrect information provided by @SkyUK staff. Complaints number goes to general call centre, who can’t help! #disappointed in cust serv received. considering options

@bantammad95 @SkySports Shielding the ball out should be banned, if you haven’t touched the ball you can’t just put your body there to block an opponent, that’s obstruction. Time wasting should be clamped down on, again harshly. Any holding, especially corners, should be punished, harshly. Blocking too.

@SkyUK hi I recently signed up to a sky broadband & tv package. Broadband has been installed and is great. Had an engineer come round to install tv only he can’t enter my property. Now I’ve been told it won’t be installed until April. Can I cancel my tv package?

@SkyHelpTeam So because occasionally the internet works i still have to pay the full amount even though 90% of the time i do not have internet. Great service. Imagine anything else only working 10% of the time and still paying 100% for it. Time to cancel it seems.
