    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky q box has a mind of it own and is playing up. All programs on series link either don’t record at all or record a few episodes then stop, either needs upgraded or replaced, please get in touch to rectify problem, thanks

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam. I really like you guys. But I’m caught between a rock and a hard place here. I’ve had NO SIGNAL on my Sky TV for six weeks now (could be longer, but that’s approximately how many Grey’s Anatomy episodes I’ve missed).

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, I have been on the recieving end of the worst customer service ever from sky recently. Promised call back Fri/Sat but heard nothing. I get an email saying we tried to call, but we didn't get you so more or less your case is closed Case ref: 1161600232 help!!

    Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

    @SkyUK I would love to, however the reason o cancelled my subscription with sky after many many years as a customer is I was told I can’t get sky broadband in my area!

    Day five with no internet has begun. Having to travel to an actual office just to attend a remote meeting elsewhere. Must be a significant bit of damage to that phone exchange. Updates on progress would be nice, but not forthcoming from @SkyHelpTeam

    @Lene12622 @SkyHelpTeam Interesting. We have exactly the same issue except for its moving from BT to Sky rather than a house move. We are on day 9 without Internet. Though this time it turns out that it is BT at fault

    @bukko25 @SkyUK I have heard Glass doesn’t support +1 channels ? Only HD channels. If that is correct then who with a functioning brain would pay a hell of all lot more for a hell of a lot less. Not sure how popular this is in the short time it’s been out but Sky would have to pay me to take it

    @SkyHelpTeam Was supposed to get both Sky TV and Broadband fitted today. Sky fitted TV and cut all my Virgin cables ( subscription ends 8th march). Then open reach turned up and did not fit master socket. Then left without communication and left me with no Internet or landlines. Help ASAP.
