@SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

@SkyUK Sky Glass keeps disconnecting. We've tried connecting with an Ethernet cable and WiFi. The TV guide takes ages to load and when finally watching something it'll show the spinning wheel and then disconnects. All our other devices are connected so it must be an issue at Sky.

@magical_78 @SkyHelpTeam Yeah box usual receives information about what’s included in your package each month over sat signal so if its been roughly a month since it last got one it thinks you don’t have it. See if Sky Go still works

Hey @virginmedia I've been on your customer support WhatsApp chat since 1830 last night - nearly 23 hours! I've just been asked for my name and details for the fourth time! Staggeringly poor service - I bet @skyhelpteam can offer a better service *and* a better deal.
