@SkyHelpTeam can someone help me. My son added on netflix early this morning accidentally not releasing what he was doing. I phoned today to cancel this accidental purchase to b told sorry uve entered a new contract. I'm furious and how misleading. I want to cancel can u help me

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

    @HughesStephrn @gasreggal @liviman71 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I never thought i was arguing with anyone to be honest.

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

@67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Theres no great option. In a fair world we would not sell tickets till fans are allowed back in and put our games on at 5 quid PPV. Unfortunately this would mean a fire sale on players. This appears to be the best of many bad options.

  • scottyoung16 Scott Young (@scottyoung16) reported from Paisley, Scotland

Currently trying to work from home and @SkyHelpTeam broadband has been down since the weekend. Called and they said there’s no known issues, yet the issue I have is I STILL can’t get connected. A switch to @virginmedia might be in order

  • HughesStephrn Stephen (@HughesStephrn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@gasreggal @liviman71 @Kevod1967 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports The problem with that Angela is how many people can easily afford... the vast majority of people with season books make sacrifices for it. The cost of my season book is circa £30 a game. If the club say it’s like for like then I’ll be paying that to watch a home game in my house

  • thesaltirex Grantt! 🎮👾 (@thesaltirex) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband is incredibly slow all of a sudden today!

  • BobPollock1 Bob Pollock (@BobPollock1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@SkySports I think it’s more about finding a solution to the fact that Hearts were absolutely pants and going down anyway.

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

@HughesStephrn @gasreggal @liviman71 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I'm not happy about it but understand why we are going down this route and have renewed to a. Keep my seat and b. Hopefully be back in the stadium at some point this season. Understand others wont renew and it doesnt make them any less of a fan.

  • gaylem1978 Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam Have tried a number of suggestions already, but the same connection issues still occur. Given the issues that have disturbed my husband and I quite substantially this week while working from home, we’d also be looking for reimbursement of broadband fees equating to the week past.

  • Alexecky Alex Horsburgh (@Alexecky) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@nikitasmesney @SkySports @the_nomads @BBCSportScot If it's any consolation TV in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 treat most teams outside their own 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Premiership with similar contempt. There was one guy in the 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 media who was on point. 👍😉⚽📻

  • jimbrown111 jim 8796. (@jimbrown111) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam Done that. Still not working.

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

@HughesStephrn @ryan011586 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports We have two options. Maximise revenues and hope enough overpay out of a sense of wanting to help the club. Price things fairly and see the club massively downsize and a lot of employees lose their jobs and good players be sold. Neither option is good.

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

@67seann @gasreggal @liviman71 @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Thats what id do if it was my decision but we have to accept that if we go down this route our team on the park will be considerably weakened and some staff at Celtic Park will lose their jobs. Its not an easy decision. Celtic are more reliant on gate income than most clubs.

  • NicC28 NicCon (@NicC28) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I am having persistent problems with both my TV and my internet. I’ve also got a 3rd box which isn’t working at all. Your website isn’t helping me and is suggesting I ask fellow customers. I’m paying you £90 a month and would prefer to deal with you, please.

  • gaylem1978 Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam terrible broadband internet service for the last week in G41 area of Glasgow. Internet has been in / out several times a day. Please advise. My husband and I both are working from home & require a stable, high speed connection we can rely on & indeed we pay for!

  • HughesStephrn Stephen (@HughesStephrn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@Hughes_Lives_On @ryan011586 @Kevod1967 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Another solution I don’t think too many people would be unhappy with. That would provide the club with the money they need for this season and would be fairer to supporters.

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

@HughesStephrn @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I don't think its value for money but given the circumstances im going to renew. Nobody is forcing anyone to pay for this. Everyone can make up their own minds. From the clubs perspective if you chargex 5 quid a game rather than 30 youd never get 6 times as many people sign up

  • BryanMcshane Bryan Mcshane (@BryanMcshane) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

@AnnmarieColvan @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Yeah it sucks. Guess you need to decide whether keeping that seat is worth the money or not. I feel your pain as ive two tickets to pay for as well.

  • AndyEMorrison Andy Morrison (@AndyEMorrison) reported from Thornliebank, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam Dear Team, according to your website you are welcome to call the call centre if one has problems accessing your services. I called. Answered ‘No’ in relation to your filter question on key workers etc., and then cut off. I thought you should call as I don’t see-

@SkyHelpTeam Status page is now showing no issues in my area (Wimbledon) even though broadband is still totally out. This is causing a major problem for my work - can you tweet an update on expected fix time as clearly the status page isn’t working either?

  • Daviecalla D.M.C (@Daviecalla) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I think there is currently an outage in Wimbledon area?

@SkyHelpTeam Is this an issue my end if the tickets at the bottom are clear and not bitty like the main picture?

  • janesadler73 Jane Sadler (@janesadler73) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. It would appear that there is a major issue across the whole area!

  • 66zimbo Neil Scott (@66zimbo) reported

@SkyHelpTeam @becky170394 It's nothing to do with individual lines or connectivity. Sky broadband has been down since last night, as many other people have told you. It's now showing as 'No known issues in your area' though I've received an email from Sky to say there are issues. Need to know repair times

  • eloulou234 Emily Hague (@eloulou234) reported

@Ashleyrose66 @SkyHelpTeam There is a local issue and seems to be other places in the country too! The website/app claims it can’t update about local outages but I’ve just tried calling & an automated message saying there is an issue and trying to fix it.

  • danpotter31 Dan Potter #DPHappyHour (@danpotter31) reported

@SkyUK @skytv Your broadband availability checker has been down for 24 hours.

  • Ender83 Danny Martin (@Ender83) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I have, but there hasn’t been an update since 00:36, and my mobile network which is also with Sky, is incredibly slow at the minute. So much so that I can’t even check the status or run tests on my line. Please can you provide an ETA for when you expect this fixed.
