    @SkyHelpTeam help appreciated please. Been on the phone for an hour trying to reduce package and being upsold Sky Mobile (I'm on a Vodafone contract for 24 months) been a customer for 21 years, would like a good deal.

    @SkyHelpTeam How can you justify a "set up fee" when an existing customer wants to change their package? Surely as an existing customer you have my details so just need to amend them in your computer system?

    @SkyHelpTeam No but also didn’t get QR code so had to to app sign up using different email as I say I can get into on my tv can choose programs but they don’t load after you pick them Had this issue with both signing in profiles. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down again today. That’s the third time this week. Your just becoming so unreliable. Don’t bother directing me to the self testing I’m already aware. Neighbors down as well also on sky. Everything else on cul-de-sac ok.

    @SkyHelpTeam Okay I'll break it down for you - Why you can't renegotiate your package online? When you do you call Sky, you always get offered a crap deal & it's only when you threaten to cancel that you actually get a better deal.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam Just to be clear, emergency surgery isn’t planned either. But I understand that you can’t give the timing and that this must be so unusual that engineers can’t even give a rough idea of timing. I look forward to the next update 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam The broadband speed is crap as it’s sky broadband (shock) but when the sky HD box is getting better signals to the WiFi box in my neighbours house? Simply not good enough, over priced and no way to speak to customer service to get things sorted!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there. My internet has just come back on since the outage which is great. However, my internet on iPhone keeps dropping out about every five minutes it’s done it about 7 times. All other internet in house is now working fine. I’m wondering what might be going on?

    @SkySports From a utd fan this is bullshit. They might be crap at the moment but last year they tore the league to pieces. Yes most top 6 teams were not upto it and in rebuild but you still cant take away what they did. I hated watching them win every week but you cant say they were lucky.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have tried this already and turned off at mains (including the sky Q box and mini boxes) but it still happens. Several people in our FB area group are experiencing the same issues. Wondered if it is a bigger problem with Sky?
