Coverage of International Football is terrible on @SkySports They have all the games, most of which are on at the same time and NO HIGHLIGHTS show. Making it virtually impossible to watch the best bits of all games. So disapointing!

@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@SkyHelpTeam I've had 9 calls this morning between 0742 and 0950 all from different numbers claiming to be be from Sky (the scam to 'fix my broadband problems'). Had 7 similar calls yesterday. Is Talk Shield the only way to fix this? How do I set up?

@skyhelpteam oi your router has changed our network from IPv6 to IPv4 it cant find anything with static IP addresses; printers nothing? I think the settings are wrong it's very slow as IPv4 isn't really unique in a popular game is it. can you configure one that doesn't break?
