@SkyHelpTeam two nights in a row waiting for 2 hours to get through, gets throughly guy couldn’t help me, promised me a call back yesterday, never happened, my contract is due to be renewed. Can’t even do this on my online account 😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam That you don’t offer support for using VPNs (bit of a let down after 45mins on hold) - to have a search on the forum and see if there were any fixes, not found anything that works though.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet and my home phone have been down 2 days now,They say on the website when I test my connection that it’s an outage in the area and should be sorted in a couple of hours but when I ring up the people on the phone don’t seem to know what day it is.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. The problem is quite clear, the hub is power cycling. Its one for 10 secs then off again back to red light. Then sequence starts again.
