Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam to cancel an engineer visit this afternoon- got put on hold for 20 mins as the guy went off to talk to his manager, so I’ve hung up - the engineer isn’t getting in, and im not paying the cancellation fee - FYI

@SkyHelpTeam @HiveHelper @HiveHomeUK 5 hours spent trying to get our new Sky Q router to connect to our existing Hive Hub. Two calls to Hive and a 45 min call to Sky and no resolution. So having to spend £40 replacing a Hive Hub that works. No wonder there is so much waste

@SkyUK No stable wifi since Jan. Had several engineers (Sky&BT) who haven’t fixed the problem. For most of the day the middle ‘internet’ light is orange& no wifi service. Needing resolved urgently given we’re work from home for the foreseeable. Can’t get through on phone or web

Another day with limited phone signal @SkyHelpTeam which @o2 are once again blaming on a faulty mast nearby. Same mast that’s been faulty for several months and one which I was sent a text about only a month ago suggesting it’s fixed .... err no it’s not
