@SkyHelpTeam Morning, I have been on the recieving end of the worst customer service ever from sky recently. Promised call back Fri/Sat but heard nothing. I get an email saying we tried to call, but we didn't get you so more or less your case is closed Case ref: 1161600232 help!!

@TheCelticWiki And the real irony is, Scottish fans keep on bankrolling English football via SkySports. It drains cash and talent away from Scottish football. Lawwell and Rodgers aren't to blame, we're our own worst enemies.

Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

@SkyUK signed up to your tv, phone and broadband and all were activated when I moved home last month but for some reason my phone line is not working at all. I have full broadband access and can dial calls to my landline but the phone never rings and I can’t call out from it?!

@SkyHelpTeam Have tried 4 different devices, cleared DNS resolver caches attempted to use 3rd party DNS, have run the test at URL above several times, it now acknowledges there is an error but only after running the test, service status still shows no known issues. None of this will help 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam As the link to the router is down. There is a service outage. What would help is if sky didn't try to blame my equipment and showed the service outage on the status page so I don't have to spend an hour diagnosing my connection to find out the issue is with the ISP
