    @SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

    Greed and Corruption has blighted football for far too long. Not enough that several clubs, from certain leagues, get automatic CL entry, they want even more. Shameful. Sky/BTsport/PremierSports, you are all part of the problem. You’ll get no more money from me.@SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam It was working fine till 20 mins ago and signal loss. Checked and no work being done and no one messing with it. Can't contact landlord till tomorrow.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just cancelled multiscreen today, I was not told I would be charged for Sky Go Extra, just tried to cancel that but told I can't. I wish to cancel both multiscreen and Sky Go Extra

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping at various points today, I have reset the router and ran the sky app tests it says no issues everytime! Your help desk is not open. I need broadband to be able to do my job

    Can someone please help me @SkyHelpTeam I pay alot of money for your full fibre gigfast broadband but I just cannot get any sort of strong or consistent WiFi upstairs. I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now

    @danielsjourney1 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t believe them, we are in exactly the same position even with the boosters. Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out. We’re going back to BT at the end of the month never had any issues with them
