@ETimsNet @SkyFootball @SkySports 100% mate, the hypocrisy of these ***** is unbelievable. Oh the poor working class fans😭 they charge about £70 a month for these poor fans to watch football. Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@SkyHelpTeam It says good coverage so I don’t understand. I have never had this issue prior. I pick up calls and I can’t hear the other person talking or I ring someone and it doesn’t connect so I have to ring about 3/4 times
