Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@GoatedninjaY @SkyHelpTeam Yes: it was down in Scarbs a couple of months back too. I agree; they have usually been pretty good but lots of outages lately. More expensive but tempted to go back to BT. They still own all the exchanges so have less probs, I think.

@Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam No wifi in Scarborough either, Clare. Same prob as a couple of months ago when the whole area went down but they kept telling us to go through reconnection steps. Thinks it’s an exchange rather than Sky specific problem. Sky sent me a text notifying of problems yesterday.
