@ETimsNet @SkyFootball @SkySports 100% mate, the hypocrisy of these ***** is unbelievable. Oh the poor working class fans😭 they charge about £70 a month for these poor fans to watch football. I don’t think that this super league is a good idea but I’m ****** if Sky can claim the moral high ground here.

Let down by sky tv again as engineer did not arrive yesterday & customer service agent doesn’t know why ? So now I have to wait until Friday for an engineer to fix it again poor service @SkyHelpTeam

Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@DarrenL37612327 @SkyUK Ring up tell them you will cancel as your still within your cancellation period, they should match it, be warned though, if you do actually cancel it they may not let you take another contract for 30 days, I had to put it my wife’s name.
