Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

Never used him correctly 1st time around for England though so can't see Southgate doing better. It's pretty easy, win ball, give to Scholes. Let him quarter back everything. It all about being forced to play extra events. A solution was much easier to find because they don't have to worry about next year.
