    @SkyHelpTeam Whilst I wait for my 5th engineer, I thought I’d scroll through the tweets on here. Oh dear Sky. You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Still waiting in a queue to pause mine from yesterday morning. 2 messages sent to you via PM no reply. Cannot get through on the phone or cancel anything online . Abysmal service . Only option left is to cancel direct debit

    Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

    Terrible blasé service at @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam .... unable to keep my installation appointment that I waited two weeks for, due to unforeseen circumstances and next appointment is in three weeks!!!. I only need the box sending, i can fit it myself as everything already here!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I currently don’t have Sky in my property since I moved house on the 17th January, it isn’t set to be installed until mid-March, was told because I’ve no service I’d not be charged yet £103.11 has been taken from my account today.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can get into my Sky account but when I click the mobile tab, it’s says “try again later. There’s an issue”. It’s been like this for a week.

    @SkyHelpTeam 14 days of Broadband Issues. 3 engineer visits. About 10 phone calls. Currently on hold for 28mins and counting. Losing will to live!! Wife now doing work overtime on a Friday bcos of broadband going off. GREAT!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🥵

    @SkyHelpTeam it was never explained during the phone call that the internet would be switched off I was told services would resume as normal yesterday, TV stayed on internet turned off. I have logged a complaint
