Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

Charged £50 for non-return of equipment that I have sent proof of return for three times. Assured the charge wouldn’t happen but did anyway! Also, when I left Sky, they eventually offered the sports package at £20 pm for me to stay, but I had other issues with them, so was leaving whatever they offered.
