@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

Let down by sky tv again as engineer did not arrive yesterday & customer service agent doesn’t know why ? So now I have to wait until Friday for an engineer to fix it again poor service @SkyHelpTeam

@scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@ALANMYERSMEDIA Been saying all day I smell a rat. I would not be surprised if this was done with knowledge at the top of @UEFA as basically they brought in slimmed down version of same thing. It has also not taken long till @SkySports start their usual sucking up to them.
