Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK the Help Team aren’t interested in helping,the call centre aren’t interested in receiving calls or making call backs promised and I still have the same issues weeks later. Customer for decades. Can anyone actually help me or do I need to just cancel my TV/broadband/phone?
