    @OtakuOlaf @lok5ta @SkySports It's confirmation bias, they latch onto any "proof" (true or not) that supports their unchangeable opinion. The same deal with flat earthers watch "beyond the curve", even with undeniable proof earth is round they refuse to acknowledge it because it doesn't support their beliefs

    @SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

    You know what @SkyHelpTeam I always thought you were a good company. Just been proved completely wrong twice in the last few weeks. Your customer service and sneaky tactics are horrendous and I will never be back. I'm aware my account is a drop in the ocean to you.

    Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

    So my Sky Q mini box has stopped working, I’ve been searching online on how to contact sky about this to get a replacement. There is nothing, can anyone help as @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are making it very difficult to get an answer. Thanks

    @SkyUK worst customer service i’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. i’ve had no wifi for 2 weeks and no one is fixing it. 4 phone calls in 2 weeks, with the most recent call being transferred to 4 different agents. awful.
