    Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky don’t help at all. They just deny you have an ID with a standard email 3 times even though you are paying them a subscription and have been for years

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t connect SkyQ box to internet, Reset the box and still no joy. All other devices in house still connected so broadband/router is fine. HELP!

    Let down by sky tv again as engineer did not arrive yesterday & customer service agent doesn’t know why ? So now I have to wait until Friday for an engineer to fix it again poor service @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

    @scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

    Got no satellite signal & the best @SkyHelpTeam can do is send an engineer out on Saturday poor poor customer service

    @SkySports We want less international football not more. Because we find friendlies and nations league pointless, that doesn’t mean we want biennial world cups. Completely dilutes the potency and excitement of the completion by making it a regularity rather than a treat. All for money.

    @SkyHelpTeam Our broadband speed dropped this morning. It cut out 3 times yesterday morning. We were guaranteed 55 Mbps but only getting 48mbps.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband speed has this morning. Cut out 3 times yesterday. Broadband speed is guaranteed at 55mbps and only getting 48mbps.

    @SkyHelpTeam how long does investigation to complaint take? I raised 1 on 25/08 with #1712174778.More has gone wrong since.Ur CS rep even told "due to systems, Sky can't deliver what Sky has promised as compensation for mistake in June (3mnths prior)". Is CISAS only way forward?
