@scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

@SkyHelpTeam Service is restored thank you without an engineer. It would just have been much better to have been told there was a local wide area issue, than being told over and over there wasn't a problem and having to waste a few hours running a poor diagnostics app.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. Thank you for responding. The lack of communication and updates on this has been appalling. At least 9-10 hours outage with no change in updates or further communication beyond your initial text message. Dreadful.
