Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

@SkyHelpTeam hello, my Sky Q Mini box has randomly decided that it no longer wants to work and won’t connect to the main sky Q box. It says it can’t ‘reach the activation server’ is there an issue anywhere? No Wi-Fi issues and the main sky Q box is fine.

@SkyHelpTeam You can be as arguamentive as you want it does not alter the fact that i need to use my neighbours internet. BT open reach just been on the phone guy says 'not qualified' to fix so need to put it out for another engineer.!!
