Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

@SkyHelpTeam I've just had a call from an engineer who has fixed the issue, which was an area fault. Can I ask why when checking for area faults through sky the portal said there wasn't a fault when there clearly was? You always say to check these automated things first that are inaccurate

@SkyHelpTeam I need packaging to be provided to me. I also need it noted on the account that I should not be charged for not having the equipment returned within 4 days of the service ending. It is not an acceptable period of time. If I am charged this amount I will take further action.
