@SkyHelpTeam hi, I currently don’t have Sky in my property since I moved house on the 17th January, it isn’t set to be installed until mid-March, was told because I’ve no service I’d not be charged yet £103.11 has been taken from my account today.

Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@SkySports No complaints, best team (by far) won. England looked one-paced (slow) and lacking in power. A lot to sort out in not much time. If Manu is out, still a hard running 12. Marchant now our best 13. Furball - so far out of his depth, got away with a couple of ****-ups, but not all.

@sday69 @SkyUK This is why we are not going for it. We had no choice but to go for BT where we are as we can not have a board. Again this is via apps. We have the exact same problem! When we move house, we are going back to sky with a dish!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying Emma, but there's no point. I've had the Internet looked at by 4 different engineers and it's still the same, and the HD is a better picture than the UHD on a 4K TV. Paying alot of money for constant issues just now. I'll enquire about my remaining contract.

@PompeyPedro I’m not a fan of some of the rumours reg express but if you compare some of the skysports reporters down the years; some have fallen asleep, missed 🔑 moments and been biased to the visiting team. I’d allow it for the 6 nations etc, not like he switched on something insignificant
