@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but doesn't help. Tried creating a sky ID but it says my email is already registered. This is with the old account that has now been cancelled over 24 hours ago. Can't use a different email as it's the email I gave when setting up the account
