Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

Long term customer and very angry with @SkyHelpTeam, my wife getting insulted by customer service team, multiple calls to get a our split fibre rectified no still no help. Also we were told we wouldn’t get admin charges and sky max for a certain price and getting charged more.
