    I’m absolutely done with @SkyHelpTeam Why on Earth were we not told you had lost the rights to La Liga? Where is our discount? This is a major thing I wasn’t informed about! I have to put up with crap Q boxes, poor WiFi and now this. Seriously looking at other options. WTF!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @UKTVPlay are you aware there’s an issue on Sky Q not allowing me to download “Help! My House Is Haunted?” I get a message saying, “Sorry, this item is no longer available.” even though it says it’s available until 12 August.

    @SkyHelpTeam I HAVE kept previous number. That’s definitely the line in use. It’s also the number registered in my Apple ID info on phone. HOWEVER, it’s not the number appearing on people’s phones when I text them. Bizarre. Your link won’t help as it’s about keeping old number. I’ve done that

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Terrible customer service. Trying to cancel father-in-laws Sky TV, on phone for half an hour enduring hard sell tactics. Thank God he had me to talk on his behalf, feel sorry for elderly and vulnerable who have no one to help them. Disgusting.

    @virginmedia I did - no help there. Was sent to the customer service team, then technical team, now waiting for the customer service team again. I just need to know how long I have left in the contract before @SkyUK can buy me out.
