    @SkyHelpTeam can’t connect SkyQ box to internet, Reset the box and still no joy. All other devices in house still connected so broadband/router is fine. HELP!

    Let down by sky tv again as engineer did not arrive yesterday & customer service agent doesn’t know why ? So now I have to wait until Friday for an engineer to fix it again poor service @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

    Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

    @scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been in touch with the tech team and all they say is it is a outage it's obvious sky no more .. it has been 16 days now with no consistent service this is ridiculous now Iv been with sky for 13 years and I will be leaving as soon as possible no communication at all
