    Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

    @SkyHelpTeam I am beyond sick of Sky Q juddering or UHD just saying unavailable please watch in HD. Absolute robbery. Signal strengths good also. TV works fine on everything asides Sky and switched HD cable too. Rebooted, factory reset the box the works. Nothing. Send engineer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I've been on the phone twice already and that's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. Done what they said about factory resetting box to no avail. I'd like an engineer arranged without wasting any more of my time jumping through hoops. 👍
