@SkyHelpTeam hi, I currently don’t have Sky in my property since I moved house on the 17th January, it isn’t set to be installed until mid-March, was told because I’ve no service I’d not be charged yet £103.11 has been taken from my account today.

Terrible blasé service at @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam .... unable to keep my installation appointment that I waited two weeks for, due to unforeseen circumstances and next appointment is in three weeks!!!. I only need the box sending, i can fit it myself as everything already here!!

Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s been down most of the day. Had a call from my wife to say it had gone down. She works for the NHS from home and is not happy. I’m home now and Sky hub has not connected to internet which means Sky Q and Sky mini box is not working…

@SkyHelpTeam I'm using an Android phone. I go to sky. Com and clock on sign in at the top right of screen. I get a page with "whoops something went wrong". Sounds like I can't login due to being outside the UK on holiday?
