    Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

    Terrible blasé service at @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam .... unable to keep my installation appointment that I waited two weeks for, due to unforeseen circumstances and next appointment is in three weeks!!!. I only need the box sending, i can fit it myself as everything already here!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Whilst I wait for my 5th engineer, I thought I’d scroll through the tweets on here. Oh dear Sky. You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve watched the video but can’t see what other steps you mean. Our issue is that we need a new external cable so we physically haven’t got any broadband or phone line. That’s why we need an open reach engineer, not the sky contractor. The sky contractor told us to contact you...

    @chris11256 @SkyHelpTeam Evening, we’ve been having the same problem for the past week and this evening along the messsge has constantly appeared although we’ve input our unique password/code. My daughter is also@experiencing similar problems Is an update needed to rectify the problem.
