You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

Paul Brown (@scouse1412) reported from Ochiltree, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out.
