Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@SkyHelpTeam can’t connect SkyQ box to internet, Reset the box and still no joy. All other devices in house still connected so broadband/router is fine. HELP!

@scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

@SkyUK .. Appallingly service.Was mis- sold super fast broadband 2 years ago, have literally had no internet since Dec.Changed provider last week, and have been fobbed off since January for compensation, cheque been sent, sending money to bank today.Quick enough to take my money!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam. Windows. What’s also started happening is when I click on a particular channel. Sky sports main for example it comes up as per normal with volume then after 3 seconds there’s a 2 second gap of zero volume then volume comes on again This May help your investigation.

@SkySports He can defend but because it’s not his best asset people will pick up on it. Seems to be an English media mentality trying to knock our stars down. He’s class, Martinelli did gave him the run around last night at times though but Liverpool won so he did his job I guess.
