Paul Brown (@scouse1412) reported from Ochiltree, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

Never used him correctly 1st time around for England though so can't see Southgate doing better. It's pretty easy, win ball, give to Scholes. Let him quarter back everything. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?
