@scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

Totally rubbish service from @SkyUK and @OpenreachHelp today. Engineer appointment booked between 12pm & 6pm to connect broadband (already 2 wks after their original promised day.) Engineer didn’t show. No explanation. No idea when they’re coming now. Can someone sort this pls?
