    Let down by sky tv again as engineer did not arrive yesterday & customer service agent doesn’t know why ? So now I have to wait until Friday for an engineer to fix it again poor service @SkyHelpTeam

    @scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t connect SkyQ box to internet, Reset the box and still no joy. All other devices in house still connected so broadband/router is fine. HELP!

    @SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

    Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just get a pre recorded message saying they're apparently aware of an issue. I do question is any work actually being carried out? Surely it can't take 2 or even mire days. I feel we're being fobbed off. There is very clearly zero customer care! It is a very unacceptable matter!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've run repeated tests and spoke with your team early this morning. The tests fail (which is why I called) and I'm told it's "in the area" - just could do with an idea as to when this is going to be fixed as it's been up and down for over a week and now just non-existent.

    @SkyHelpTeam and why do you charge for Wi-Fi calling when we’re using our own Wi-Fi or free Wi-Fi outdoors eg restaurants cafes etc that provide free Wi-Fi if signal is poor when moving around the city? Still feels like paying twice?

    @SkyHelpTeam It says it is a known issue in Norwich , so it's not an issue with just my line. I just need to know how long it will take to be resolved . As it's now been over 12 hours .
