Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I currently don’t have Sky in my property since I moved house on the 17th January, it isn’t set to be installed until mid-March, was told because I’ve no service I’d not be charged yet £103.11 has been taken from my account today.

@SkyHelpTeam The solution I got online was to replace the box but there are no problems with the box fault wise, I just do not know how to reconnect it to our new router. I'm guessing this is why it's not coming up on the tv

@SkyHelpTeam I have full sky package, 4 mobile contracts with sky and am a happy customer of 20 years. However I’m finding after moving to my new property best sky can offer is 145mb and it doesn’t appear to get near it, BT can offer 900mb. No brainier I’m afraid

Don't ever deal with @SkyUK or @BTGroup full of lies about fitting dates for broadband now telling us another month before it is fitted a week after engineer didn't turn up for first appointment.terrible customer service
