@SkyHelpTeam Whilst I wait for my 5th engineer, I thought I’d scroll through the tweets on here. Oh dear Sky. You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

Terrible blasé service at @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam .... unable to keep my installation appointment that I waited two weeks for, due to unforeseen circumstances and next appointment is in three weeks!!!. I only need the box sending, i can fit it myself as everything already here!!

@SkyHelpTeam The number doesn't take me to an agent. It asks me to pair my remote & if I say 'no' to the option it says it's sending me an SMS with a link. The SMS is a link to signal issues! The shop has been closed every time I have checked in the last week. I just want to talk to someone!
