@SkyHelpTeam Whilst I wait for my 5th engineer, I thought I’d scroll through the tweets on here. Oh dear Sky. You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

@SkyHelpTeam not sure if this is anything you can help with. The six feet under boxset is in the wrong aspect ratio, its filmed in 4:3 but seems to be set encoded to 16:9 therefore gets stretched. I can manually fix it via tv settings but seems odd? Other 4:3 programs work fine
