    @SkyHelpTeam Whilst I wait for my 5th engineer, I thought I’d scroll through the tweets on here. Oh dear Sky. You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

Sky have completely stood back from it and say they are only responsible up until 5 days after delivery, despite the fact that they are technically the vendor. LG are claiming accidental damage, which is strange as it had never been out the box!

    Incredibly disappointing response from @SkyHelpTeam re a problem with the @LGUK tv received via the Black Friday deal. An 11 year old is now in tears 2 days before Christmas! Let’s hope @lguk support can assist in the morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam was told on 13th December a manager will investigate my issues was told would take 48 hours I am still waiting poor service

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK this has to go down as the WORST service I have got from any company which includes services from multiple countries. Internet in India gets connected in a couple of days. This is worst than anything. Look at @Hyperoptic they serve much better.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Your internet is the ULTIMATE worst I’ve ever known. Never use it half the time just use my 4g. Cannot be bothered to ring and wait 4 hours so let me know when you can sort it. Ta

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband was promised in 10 SEP and then pushed to 14. Today it was expected to be activated. Now they are saying it is pushed to 18. Really want to know why you can't keep your promised dates. Do you guys care for customers. Pathetic service.
