Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

If you want broadband or mobile DO NOT USE @SkyUK. Broadband down and no engineer until Friday. So no TV, no homework or after-school work for kids, no connection to my office abroad, wife can't WFH. Mobile data pretty dead or 2G slow. Going to be an expensive week for us.
