    Spot on @GNev2. Disappointing that as soon as we have an ex-footballer who can intelligently and articulately string a few sentences together about a huge social problem that @SkySports feel the need to distance themselves.

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t connect SkyQ box to internet, Reset the box and still no joy. All other devices in house still connected so broadband/router is fine. HELP!

    Let down by sky tv again as engineer did not arrive yesterday & customer service agent doesn’t know why ? So now I have to wait until Friday for an engineer to fix it again poor service @SkyHelpTeam

    Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

    @ETimsNet @SkyFootball @SkySports 100% mate, the hypocrisy of these ***** is unbelievable. Oh the poor working class fans😭 they charge about £70 a month for these poor fans to watch football. I don’t think that this super league is a good idea but I’m ****** if Sky can claim the moral high ground here.

    @SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

    @SkyHelpTeam By "active broadband service", you mean it can be connected with any ISP, or does it have to be with Sky Broadband? And you didn't answer my first question, regarding if C+I Play is available.

    @SkyUK Ok it's a beauty but does this mean sky customers will have to sell their TV now.? I've just bought a 75inch TV and no way would I want to sell it, but would love to get rid of a dish and lots of wires and equipment..solution??

    @comcast since your unhelpful @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have decided to rip me off for the last few months, wonder weather you’re able to sort out my problem with my broadband which I pay for & doesn’t work & my sky TV which plays up often? I’m sick of being ripped off by you!

    @SkyUK I guess, I’m unlucky if luck comes from your subcontractor not running a verification test on the line before leaving. Now we have no internet for 2-5 days while you send another engineer to fix what the first one screwed up. Great SLA guys.

    @SkyUK @dangrabham @SkyGroup That's not a full spec list. It doesn't give us figures such as HDR brightness levels in nits, response times/input lag, does it have VRR? What about colour volume percentages. Does it support 4K 120Hz or is the HDMI 2.1 just included for eARC?
