I don’t think that this super league is a good idea but I’m ****** if Sky can claim the moral high ground here.

Let down by sky tv again as engineer did not arrive yesterday & customer service agent doesn’t know why ? So now I have to wait until Friday for an engineer to fix it again poor service @SkyHelpTeam

Spot on @GNev2. Disappointing that as soon as we have an ex-footballer who can intelligently and articulately string a few sentences together about a huge social problem that @SkySports feel the need to distance themselves.

Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@alex_albon was *furious* on Alonso on that extra lap at the end of Q1! The @WilliamsRacing man said ALO was slowing him down deliberately & has 2 be penalised. Chandhok on #SkySports analysis says however that ALO's rear wheels blocking & couldn't steer the car. Investigation!

Next month you’ll then charge me 35p because I’ll have overpaid this month. This is atrocious. At a time where monthly bills are sky rocketing you hit people with a double bill in a month. I never had that with @SkyUK and I’m now discussing moving back to them.
