Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

@SkyHelpTeam have Sky Q set up today but ITV HD doesn't exist. 103 is ITV, 803 is supposed to be HD but isn't there. Any help?
