@SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

@SkyHelpTeam I have an offer in the app to lower my monthly price if I renew. What I’m saying is that I’ve never had to pay an admin fee when renewing my contract, I was offered a reduced rate last year and haven’t ever paid an admin fee. no mention in the t&cs about applying this at renewal

@SkyHelpTeam There is no issue in my area reported based your website. On the phone you claimed that there is an issue outside of the building & that will take up to 48 working hours for an engineer to come. Do you realise that people working from home and are depended on internet to do work?

@SkyUK I have an idea for someone with a bit of pull at your end. Instead of the circus of threatening to cancel every 18 months (that I'm sure 99% of people do when you whack the price up 100%),why not just set a price, then do small yearly increases, like a mobile contract? 🤷

Still no broadband after almost a week. I understand this is due to the power issue but other providers have attempted to help their customers with updates, providing mobile data or mini hubs. Had no updates whatsoever from @SkyHelpTeam and now I’m having to buy extra data.
