    @CraigyP83 @SkyHelpTeam Ours is working fine. Over the last few nights it was down for maybe over an hour on both nights. Just reset the router box and it reset it

    @SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

    @SkyHelpTeam major outage in West of Scotland since 2pm today. No notification on twitter and no updates. All you keep saying is we are not updated on this platform, well you should be. If you cant give answers who can? Unacceptable for people trying to work from home

    @ETimsNet @SkyFootball @SkySports 100% mate, the hypocrisy of these ***** is unbelievable. Oh the poor working class fans😭 they charge about £70 a month for these poor fans to watch football. I don’t think that this super league is a good idea but I’m ****** if Sky can claim the moral high ground here.

    @SkyHelpTeam The frustrating part about this all is that the customer service member claimed that the more complaints you receive the faster the issue would be resolved. Wouldn't you just want to resolve the issue and get it over and done with?

    @OpenreachHelp Hi, last week Openreach were doing work in my street and since then, @SkyHelpTeam wifi has dropped in and out and can’t even get through a work zoom call without freezing dozens of times. How can I find out if it’s related to the work done? It never happened prior?

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already been through this process and all it said is that it cannot connect to the router in question which is blatantly obvious if there is no Internet access in the area which a member of customer services pointed out over the phone
