    @SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

    @SkyHelpTeam I just had a call from 02084465905 claiming to be you about my "internet speed". I let him know the problem was the adult material involving his mum and farmyard animals, and that he'd interrupted my "special time". I hope this meets with your standards of etiquette.

    So we can renew our contract with @SkyUK for £96 a month. Look online and a new customer could get the same package (broadband, tv, movies, multi screen, Netflix) for £79. Rewarding loyalty again I see Sky!

    @SkyUK really need to improve on their customer service. Just spoke to a very patronising lady who clearly didn’t want my custom because now you’ve made me go elsewhere than stay with you!! Money grabbing bastards. Give better offers to “new customers” just to reel them in! 😡😡
