Oh the poor working class fans😭 they charge about £70 a month for these poor fans to watch football. Despite repeated contact, my issue remains unresolved and I have now been advised that Sky has been unable to agree a resolution within the usual timescale. Please escalate this matter urgently and arrange contact from a senior complaints manager. #Sky #CustomerService
