@SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

@SkyHelpTeam major outage in West of Scotland since 2pm today. No notification on twitter and no updates. All you keep saying is we are not updated on this platform, well you should be. If you cant give answers who can? Unacceptable for people trying to work from home

@SkyHelpTeam That’s not really acceptable. It appears you undertook this contract knowing you could not execute it & misled me three days before the appointment as to what would be done on the day. I have cancelled my previous provider & now face loss of service.
