    @SkyHelpTeam major outage in West of Scotland since 2pm today. No notification on twitter and no updates. All you keep saying is we are not updated on this platform, well you should be. If you cant give answers who can? Unacceptable for people trying to work from home

    @SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

    @discoveryplus is the worst! No-one in their right mind would pay for this rubbish. As a @SkyUK Q customer I get it for a year free, I won't be keeping it, most things you want to watch just hang, no content, only the black screen and spinning wheel thing, doesn't connect. 🤨

    @SkyHelpTeam The sound issue we have is intermittent and frequent, the sound comes and goes , is muffled and then disappears but background noise is still loud. When is the software update as this has been going on for months and apparently HQ or engineers haven’t heard of the issues
