@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam spoke to someone nearly 2 weeks ago about you still taking money out of my account even though I cancelled in September. Told I would be refunded within 48hrs. Still haven't had the refund. Disgusting service.

@SkyHelpTeam can you let me know what the speed of the Ethernet port is on the 55” Sky Glass, I’m having trouble with my broadband and @virginhelp are asking me silly questions and blaming the Glass for slow connection

@SkyHelpTeam please please please could you allow the sky q router to offer a modem only mode for those of us that want to route our networks on our own equipment? The sky q router really is hopeless if you have more than around 30 network connected devices.

Absolute joke so much for being a platinum Member with #skyprotect you can’t even get the internet working! @SkyUK sort this mess out will you! Love spending a hour a day on the phone trying to resolve issues. Seriously thinking about leaving sky!
