Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@tomjennings @SkyHelpTeam They will want you to upgrade to the sky boost. 6 years with sky no issues then all of a sudden my net doesn't work and I have to pay for sky boost so they can fix it

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help the fact it wasn’t ready last night though does it? It aired yesterday morning, you had all day and it still wasn’t there. I now haven’t seen it and have to spend the day avoiding all the spoilers…. Not good enough
