@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam hi, trying to cancel an engineer no longer req. Spent half an hr to get through to someone who couldn't help, and transfered me. Gave up after another 45 mins on hold. Pls contact me to save wasted visit

@SkyHelpTeam Rarely have full signal and 4g even when I have 4g it doesn’t load anything or is extremely slow. Most of the time stuck with 3G and again If it loads
