@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

@SkyHelpTeam waited until 2100 for my arranged call back that never came. 18 days with no broadband and you just keep fobbing me off with call backs that never come. Can’t speak to a manager. Shambolic customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam Three times tonight the WiFi has cut out for no reason and it happens at least once most nights. Stop throttling our bandwidth or we're switching providers. It's 2022 and you can't provide high quality broadband. Awful.

@siliconglen @SkyUK @zeninternet I have finally gotten out of my contract but I still have a month I paid ahead for because I could never cancel without paying after six years of trash. I expect my Internet however poor it is to be connected until July 21
