@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already gone through all this it’s just simply not working. Weirdly enough the only thing that stays connected is my tv so Netflix/YouTube are working but my phone, playstations, iPads not working at all. Can’t be my package I’ve had the same one for a year

@SkyHelpTeam It was due yesterday but hasn’t been taken for some reason so I’m assuming I’m on a reduced service, it’s the only explanation for why some things are working and other stuff isnt

Completely agree with the points on #SkySports about the concussion subs. The injured player should come off immediately and go through the tests while he is replaced by a temporary sub so the team is not down to 10 men while the player is being assessed. #TheFootballShow

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I found that hence why I’m contacting. Because your representative on the phone said the 7th. The only date he advised could move is the Tv in May. Stop skirting around the issue, you’ve moved the date when I’ve said my installation is urgent because of home working?

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t really help, as it’s specific to your own UHD channel, but every other channel is fine for broadcast sound.
