Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Sky rewards part of the Sky VIP app doesn't appear to be working. Have tried clicking on all the headings & nothing happens, neighbour has similar issue, hers works on her tablet but not her mobile phone, thanks

@SkyHelpTeam The line test isn’t accurate for home availability. It’s probably testing the line from the cabinet not house. The online system is poor and I have to ring to get support…oddly I’m working!

@SkySports @JensonButton Jenson, you said several spins were due to drivers over correcting. I wonder if they were under correcting - too slow on the initial slide, and then too slow to remove lock, so the front wheels are steering the front of the car one way, whilst the tail flicks the other way.
