@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

@quigs57 @SkySports To be fair both co-comms were awful. They forgot the golden rule of don't full every silence. And they were like a couple of kids battling for the final word. Worst commentary I have ever heard and that's no exaggeration.

@SkyHelpTeam An engineer tomorrow isn't good enough to be honest Jason. I'm paying for a service that I can't use. My home is primarily a smart home and most features I now cannot use. Such as my heating. Which cannot be manually over ridden. This is shocking service from sky.
