    Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

    @SkyUK trying to get help from you lot is terrible, I’m going to cancel my subscription you will then finally sit up and answer the phone, automated calls do not always help

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, trying to cancel an engineer no longer req. Spent half an hr to get through to someone who couldn't help, and transfered me. Gave up after another 45 mins on hold. Pls contact me to save wasted visit

    @SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

    @SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

    @SkyHelpTeam Tech team details don't show up unless there's a full outage. Last time I had a full outage not too long ago, I scheduled an appointment, no technician was sent.

    @SkyHelpTeam good morning. Is there an issue with sky go app? It won’t let me watch any of my recording on either phone or tablet. Have reinstalled the app as well. I can click on the programme but it’s just a blank screen and the loading symbol. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Dont understand - sorry. I was ttrying to resolve the problem myself last night and because Sky thought there was no internet connection, it asked for the password (upper/lower case/numbers etc.) I put in the BT password but nothing happened. what should I have put in?

    @SkyHelpTeam If my connection is anywhere near the 79Mb/s in the line test, would you be able to suggest a reason that 1) the line test previously showed connected when there was a known outage in my area and 2) why 1080p videos buffer with only one device connected 2 metres from the router.

Majority of the British public & ,evidently from Twitter, many F1 around the world all believe Masi broke the rules to suit his agenda. Difficult to imagine tons of glowing reviews about his training regime when massive clouds still hang.
