@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

Hi @MartinSLewis are u aware of a recurring issue with @SkyHelpTeam mobile swaps being offered via sales calls, only for the valuation of the device then being halved once it’s sent back to sky? With no information or proof/evidence of the damage? 2hrs of calls & no info offered
