    Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

    @SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

    Love how we pay through the bloody teeth for @SkyUK internet and yet we have to wait A WEEK for someone to come out and look at why it isn’t connecting. Can’t work from home coz I have no internet!!! Shocking service !!!! @SkyHelpTeam I need someone to come fix asap!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t resolve anything, it’s been a month, and one room, where I work from, gets extremely weak signal. Yet the wifi promise is to get the same strength and speed in all read of the home
