@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam They haven’t just said that sky are aware of the problem I’m not happy that I m still paying full price when I’m not getting a full uninterrupted service. I’ve been a loyal customer of Sky for many years.

@skytv @SkyUK Don't tell customers that an engineer will ring 30 minutes before arriving when the engineer just turns up and you have to interrupt the plans that you'd organised around being told that you'd be rung 30 minutes before the engineer arrives.

Yet again @SkyHelpTeam has let me down this morning. Internet dropping out/slow/lagging. It doesn’t matter any many self checks are carried out, maybe the problems resonates with you?! Thank god for @giffgaff & their 4G network who saved my bacon! Plus I only pay £20 quid month!

@erincuthbert_ @virginmedia Theyre useless. I just upgraded to the fastest product, as 2 of us now working from home, incant even watch a GIF on my phone using the WiFi So poor. @SkyUK was 100% more reliable
