@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam It does, when entering my home number it says there is an issue regarding upgrades, my neighbour ( with sky) has the same issue so i believe its not isolated. But upgrades should have been completed by now according to sky service status

@SkyHelpTeam morning, any known issues in S74 pls? Broadband been down since 11.30am on 23rd, done app testing, reboots, no further forward. Can't get through on phone, sky Q box/TV working fine but b'band hub cannot be located. Happy to DM anything you require to check. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam I’m aware of that being the earliest date available, I was just expressing my frustration as it was cancelled with such short notice. I’ve been a customer for 13 years now and this is the 1st time I’ve ever had any grievance with sky! I’m thankful for the goodwill gesture though.
