    @SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

    @SkyHelpTeam @StateLovingScot Excuses with no admission that this level of service is unacceptable. When I queried tonight why it would take 17 days for an engineer to restore service, I was advised that their engineers need to take holidays too. 🙄
