Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie, I don't think that's what I asked? I'm talking about receiving verification codes by text to login to my online banking! Or from the NHS to login to view my hospital appts. One time passcodes etc, I'm not receiving those texts

@SkySports Was paying 80 quid+ a month for 💩 slow broadband (60 mbps) and bog standard TV via Sky, sacked it off and for less money now getting 900 mbps broadband and same TV. So answer is none (should be a vote button for that option) 👍

Just had my first experience installing a @SkyUK #SkyGlass for a customer. Quite simply the worse A/V product in the history of television. Who the hell has signed that product off? Horrendous.
