@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam I'm really disappointed with Sky. If I want to upgrade my package I can do so in the blink of an eye online, but if I want to downgrade or cancel I need to call up and wait? Seems a little unfair when struggling for time, wouldn't you say @Ofcom ?

.@SkyHelpTeam I'm using my sky app to transfer some data from my piggy bank to the sim that my daughter uses (Same account, different plan) but I'm being told repeatedly something went wrong. Any ideas as to how to fix this, please?

@SkyHelpTeam Your service team have done nothing for months. Fault with @OpenreachHelp kit apparently so need an engineer, but there’s an issue with your booking system and sky can’t speak to Openreach. We can’t contact OR direct either. Genuinely painful.
