@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@brianleedsluke @SkyHelpTeam Good tip...I’m a platinum customer but they’ve scrapped that using COVID as an excuse. There is no reason why phones services should be affected by lockdown. Tbh it’s been a problem from day one having to reset, upstairs hub recording terrible but definitely been worse lately

@jonny_mcd @harry_main02 @SkyHelpTeam Yes no internet since early hours yesterday. No further Service status updates either. Disgraceful we have no further information from sky. I understand it’s an issue at our local telephone exchange and engineers working on it since early hours yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam No. I’ve done that and have just said it doesn’t work because there’s no outside connection. Please do some investigation on your side with the network as it goes down frequently instead of just fobbing customers off!!

@SkyHelpTeam sky broadband down AGAIN in Manchester. Online help tips don’t work because there’s no connection. Happened multiple times, every day this week. Terrible service. Be more transparent with customers and tell us there’s issues rather than fobbing off to the online help

@SkyHelpTeam @Mazzaleeds Have to agree with mary here would wreck your head trying to get through to you. Mary i would advise ringing the number for adding additional stations like bt or something they always answer straight away and then say instead that u want to report sky q issue!

@SkySports Saturday Social is one of the worst shows you’ve ever produced and you’re punishing my eyes and ears with it across 3 channels at the same time. Why? Give me Premier League Years, give me EFL Classics, give me anything. Just some choice would be good. Please. Thanks.
