@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t cover the increase of the price? In fact I’m being offered: Pay £10 now to pay £2 more each month! For no change in services provided. Given my income hasn’t gone up I’m unsure why this service (which is IT based and gets cheaper over time) is going up?
