@SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyHelpTeam No my broadband is Perfect. It’s my mobile signal/internet in my area and no one has been of any help other than keep wanting me to replace and try a new SIM card every time I call! 3 SIM cards in and the problem still persists
