    @SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

    Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

    @SkyUK trying to get help from you lot is terrible, I’m going to cancel my subscription you will then finally sit up and answer the phone, automated calls do not always help

    @SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! 😔

    @SkySports This is the problem, it's not about him. He should remove his ego from the situation and be willing to learn that his tactics and substitutions are dreadful. Arsenal have become boring to watch under his reign and it's not like they are at least winning games to make it palatable

    @SkySports Poor tactics killed Arsenal's chances with Arteta trying to imitate Man City with no striker in the first leg playing for a draw, and picking teams with no energy or pace it was all far too slow, backwards, sideways and then brings on Willian who has failed to perform all season
