@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyUK I'm.oaying £28.50 a month for broadband alone when your app us not accessible as it just keeps saying maintenance being down. We will have things up running soon as possible. I'm.having to use data ehich costs me money with my phone provider. This is the 4th time or more

I'm sick snd tired of the plug being pulled so often. I've Been a long standing customer to @SkyUK and I'm now at my worst end fed up paying £28.50 that's just for broadband alone. Nothing else included only broadband the service does not work. Goes down regularly. Have2 usedata

@MajorGowen_ @glosuk68 @SkyHelpTeam 3/3 .... which time I have struggled to maintain my subscriptions for a service package which has barely been used ! I gave up trying to contact them for help (ie contract pause, payment reduction or rebate perhaps) as a result but am currently in some difficulty over it.
