    @CraigyP83 @SkyHelpTeam Ours is working fine. Over the last few nights it was down for maybe over an hour on both nights. Just reset the router box and it reset it

    @SkyUK trying to get help from you lot is terrible, I’m going to cancel my subscription you will then finally sit up and answer the phone, automated calls do not always help

    @SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, trying to cancel an engineer no longer req. Spent half an hr to get through to someone who couldn't help, and transfered me. Gave up after another 45 mins on hold. Pls contact me to save wasted visit

    @SkyHelpTeam, @skytv not very helpful, flexible or ethical during a cost of living crisis to charge a £60 upfront fee to change packages. Especially when thenew lower mthly cost doesn't kick in for 31 days. Wanting to reduce outgoings, not leave Sky completely. Poor cust service

    @SkyUK It’s really bad. Constant faults loading programmes. Sometimes just left looking at a blank screen. It disconnects from the internet so you have to reset. Does not have all channels available on Sky Q. Should not have been released as it is clearly not ready!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I received an email on the 10th June advising that you have added another 12 months of savings and these have been added to my bill. My bill for Sept & Oct are incorrect as the TV bill should be £50. Can you help to correct the amount being charged?

    Can someone explain why "this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal etc etc" but I can access iplayer and other apps @SkyHelpTeam. About the 4th time today. And don't fecking tell me to turn it on & fecking off I've tried that

    @SkyUK Mis-sold Sky multiroom by your engineering team. Continue to be billed for a cancelled Broadband service and nobody in any of your departments is able to deal with it. Cancellations even put the phone down on us! Horrible inept customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam the engineer came out to fix our box he automatically added sky movies said it was a free Easter trial for a few months i then would get a email asking if I wanted to keep it, if I didn’t reply it would automatically come off come off, it hasn’t and no email has come

    @SkyHelpTeam @jablot218 I have the same issues! As soon as it gets to busy periods or there is live sport lots of people are watching the picture just constantly glitches! And it’s not the WiFi because Netflix works at same time!
