    @SkyUK trying to get help from you lot is terrible, I’m going to cancel my subscription you will then finally sit up and answer the phone, automated calls do not always help

    Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

    @SkyHelpTeam Any chance of a proper update on Sky Broadband outage rather than ‘we are aware of an issue and are working on it’? Been well over an hour, you must have an idea of what’s caused it by now.

    @CraigyP83 @SkyHelpTeam Ours is working fine. Over the last few nights it was down for maybe over an hour on both nights. Just reset the router box and it reset it

    @SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

    @SkyHelpTeam recently changed my sky TV package however nowhere did it state about an extra charge for Sky HD. Can this be removed from my package? I don't require this service & I've noticed a price increas next month

    @SkyHelpTeam The quickest and easiest way to fix Sky Broadband (when you haven't done anything for 2 weeks) is to get it fixed asap. This should tell you something that I have been putting everything in public. The quickest way to fix it is always at your side, not consumers'.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, so this shows that there is no wider problem but when I check my own line, it suggests there is a problem. What should I do to ensure this is actually being looked at as the earlier call handler was unable to give any certainty or log number?

    @SkyHelpTeam So my mum has called the number and eventually gets through to find out they can’t change her plan/downgrade it and she has to go online. But she can’t view the deals as your app says technical issues! Appalling! Told her to call back and cancel it all.

    @SkyUK You know what's cool? The value team promised me my discounted deal on the F1 bolt-on if I 'freeze' it over Christmas. Just called up to unfreeze - NOPE sorry full price for you, loyal customer. Thanks to that, BT now works out cheaper. No reason not to switch now!
