Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SkyUK can you please **** off with your skyQ updates at 02:45 every sodding day. Some of us watch tv at this time every night and having to restart every device is a ******* ball ache. At least give us an option time for updates.

@SkyUK we have been informed that we will be charged £2 daily for roaming charge on our sky mobile package. Please can you explain when you use 02 network and they don't intend to charge roaming fees? I think someone is profiteering!
