Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

@SaraDatez @SkyUK I found When you go to retentions to leave they try harder. But Virgin try even harder to get you. Its just frustrating how much they charge for poor TV that isnt market leading anymore
