    @SkyHelpTeam I pay almost 60 quid a month and sky has been down last few days.slow and disconnecting constantly. Now tonight it says I'm connected but webpages just time out! I can see other people have same issues. Just aswell I have my data my mobile to use to log this! ๐Ÿ˜”

    @SkyHelpTeam Any chance of a proper update on Sky Broadband outage rather than โ€˜we are aware of an issue and are working on itโ€™? Been well over an hour, you must have an idea of whatโ€™s caused it by now.

    @CraigyP83 @SkyHelpTeam Ours is working fine. Over the last few nights it was down for maybe over an hour on both nights. Just reset the router box and it reset it

    @SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus Iโ€™m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

    Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, trying to cancel an engineer no longer req. Spent half an hr to get through to someone who couldn't help, and transfered me. Gave up after another 45 mins on hold. Pls contact me to save wasted visit

    @SkyUK trying to get help from you lot is terrible, Iโ€™m going to cancel my subscription you will then finally sit up and answer the phone, automated calls do not always help

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam What an absolute disgrace of a company. Sold the dream of super fast broadband and โ€˜amazingโ€™ tv streaming. 3 weeks of constant issues. 5 days without internet, 3 hours on the phone this morning only to be told you canโ€™t provide an engineer until the 17 August
