@SkyHelpTeam then to be fobbed off and told there is no way to make a complaint online is just ludicrous for an organisation as big as sky...plus I’m sure there will be people who ordered sky after me no doubt getting sky installed well before the 17th..

Dreadful customer service from @skyuk @skyhelpteam. A loyal customer of sky for 14 years I think the time has come to cancel and go to freesat or freeview

@SkyHelpTeam My elderly parents have been customers of Sky since you started 30 years ago. Their broadband is atrocious-it just doesn’t work. A couple of your engineers have visited-and the last one made it even worse. Now you’re refusing to fix it. Please tell me how to sort?

@SkyHelpTeam They ran a test & said they couldn’t see any problem with the broadband-and so they won’t send an engineer to my parents’ house. This is unacceptable. Their wifi drops every 2 mins-it just doesn’t work. They have been Sky customers for 30 years-you should be treating them better.

@SkyHelpTeam Morning. Received an email yesterday about Sky Q hotspot feature being available to all broadband providers. Does this include mobile broadband hubs? I just bought @EE but it doesn’t work with SkyQ apparently so will need to cancel if not.
