    @scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t wait till my contract is up. It’s 2020, console connected to router via Ethernet (fibre) and yet continuous lagging. Had better internet service through virgin 10 years ago mate.

    @ETimsNet @SkyFootball @SkySports 100% mate, the hypocrisy of these ***** is unbelievable. Oh the poor working class fans😭 they charge about £70 a month for these poor fans to watch football. I don’t think that this super league is a good idea but I’m ****** if Sky can claim the moral high ground here.

    @SkyUK Internet speed is awful in Reddish, Stockport. Rebooted twice, followed help steps on website, still only get 3 or 4 mbs download speed. Unusable.

    @skyhelpteam why so quiet? Original connection date was Tuesday- hub should have been sent a week before then (to allow for the 5 days YOU quoted at me today.) Why only dispatched today? Key worker in food production chain, no way of working. 👏👏 #Sky #Fail

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but I haven’t changed anything. The only change I made was opting out of Sky Sports emails specifically, and the options in my second screenshot never changed. I’ve just stopped receiving any newsletters including the weekly Sky Cinema one, even tho my prefs didn’t change
