Spot on @GNev2. Disappointing that as soon as we have an ex-footballer who can intelligently and articulately string a few sentences together about a huge social problem that @SkySports feel the need to distance themselves.

@SkyHelpTeam I have spoken to them now and apparently the issue is in the Exchange and they don't know whether it's a Sky or Openreach issue and wonderfully they have no idea on a resolution time

@BBCWatchdog @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp we have been without Fibre broadband in AB22 area since Monday 30th January. Sky can’t tell us anything apart from it’s an outage at the telephone exchange and Openreach aren’t providing updates. No communication - help!
