Spot on @GNev2. Disappointing that as soon as we have an ex-footballer who can intelligently and articulately string a few sentences together about a huge social problem that @SkySports feel the need to distance themselves.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam just had a visit from an engineer who, through his manager, has told me noone can get to my dish to realign it, even though you could install it only 5 years ago. So what do I do now?. Paying for a service I cannot use properly?!

How long a life does a Q box typically have @SkyUK outs keeps freezing and crashing and making a very loud whirring noise. Is that fixed under the contract for service or is the box classed as the burden for customer to fix? Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam I have and we’ve done everything and it’s still not working. They said I need my main box hardwired into the booster which they can’t do until engineers are allowed in the house. They knocked £10 off my bill for the next two months but...
