    Spot on @GNev2. Disappointing that as soon as we have an ex-footballer who can intelligently and articulately string a few sentences together about a huge social problem that @SkySports feel the need to distance themselves.

    @SkyHelpTeam I made a complaint on February 16th and apart from the automated response, I've not heard anything back yet. The aim to reply within 24 hours has failed massively, so do you have any idea when my complaint will be addressed please?
