@frankofarrell @btsport @SkySports @SkySports have been brilliant, no phone call, suspended Sky Sports via their web site and billing reduced immediately... Great service 👍

Spot on @GNev2. Disappointing that as soon as we have an ex-footballer who can intelligently and articulately string a few sentences together about a huge social problem that @SkySports feel the need to distance themselves.

@SkyUK £28 for "broadband" which works depending on weather, or £30 for fibre to house with 10x speed and 0 interruptions from something like fibre heroes. Hard choice 👌 might invest in infrastructure instead of adds and costumer service?

@TeamYouTube Just tried using YouTube on SkyQ @SkyHelpTeam and just black screen. Hard reboot not worked. Running on Smart LG screen no problem: just SkyQ box defunct.
