Charged £50 for non-return of equipment that I have sent proof of return for three times. Assured the charge wouldn’t happen but did anyway! Poor girl in the call centre had no manager on duty at peak time for U.K. calls???

Jamie Turnbull (@jturnbull76) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.
