    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I currently don’t have Sky in my property since I moved house on the 17th January, it isn’t set to be installed until mid-March, was told because I’ve no service I’d not be charged yet £103.11 has been taken from my account today.

    Terrible blasé service at @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam .... unable to keep my installation appointment that I waited two weeks for, due to unforeseen circumstances and next appointment is in three weeks!!!. I only need the box sending, i can fit it myself as everything already here!!

    Even during these challenging times, companies like @SkyUK need to be in a position to have customer complaints resolved satisfactorily. Engaging with with customer agents who directly contradict the code of practice for complaints procedures is unhelpful to us customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t connect SkyQ box to internet, Reset the box and still no joy. All other devices in house still connected so broadband/router is fine. HELP!

    @SkyHelpTeam Its not just about cost though, as a “VIP” customer there doesnt feel like there’s anything “VIP” about the way my bill increased and the offers I had have now ended without notification. And then have nobody from the team seem to be bothered at how unhappy i am

    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam My contract is due to end and I was charged a lot on my last bill so I was provided different offers an advisor said I was lying about the offer I was provided so I said calls are recorded!He said someone was going to call me back to discuss further. I’m a sky platinum customer!
