@SkyHelpTeam I currently have no working home phone line and no Internet, this is day 2, didn’t realise until I got home last night by which time help line was closed

@SkyHelpTeam my son has a broken cable at his house and therefore no landline or internet both of which he gets from you. Having difficulty finding a number to ring to get it fixed

@SkySports Doesn't help when "pundits" single certain players out for bad performances when the whole team were below par. Some players are analysed to a different standard than others.

They hide behind their keyboards and get away with it. Social media companies must help more to combat it

@officialgiggs @SkyHelpTeam @VodafoneUK It's not even they overcharged me. It's that they claimed I missed a payment when I provided statements proving I paid my bill. They then credited me £50 and then took it straight off me for no reason then claimed I still owed the money. Disgusting service

@SkyHelpTeam But you’re not communicating with the customer or updating your service daily page that’s why they’re frustrated. They’ve found more info off social media via me than your status updates. At a time when internet is needed more then ever it’s not good enough
