@pollybirkbeck @SkyUK I’ve always found Sky customer service to be good. UK call centres. Sensible conversation. The option to do some of it online via chat if you prefer not to be on hold etc. No complaints.

@SkyHelpTeam Connection seems to be ok now, I spoke to someone in Customer Services who said there wasn’t an issue but my local FB group page has a lot of people raising the same issue so clearly there was an outage!!!

@SkyHelpTeam please answer this? My broadband speed is over 100mbps and that's distributed across the devices connected to the router? I've switched off every device connected other than my phone! Yet my internet is still running slow, I've turn the route on and off also?
