@pollybirkbeck @SkyUK I’ve always found Sky customer service to be good. UK call centres. Sensible conversation. The option to do some of it online via chat if you prefer not to be on hold etc. No complaints.

@SkyHelpTeam Still waiting in a queue to pause mine from yesterday morning. 2 messages sent to you via PM no reply. Cannot get through on the phone or cancel anything online . Abysmal service . Only option left is to cancel direct debit

@SkyHelpTeam my son has a broken cable at his house and therefore no landline or internet both of which he gets from you. Having difficulty finding a number to ring to get it fixed

@notelkz @SkyHelpTeam If you were told there was an issue when you rang up by an automatic response why would you then need to be told that by a human? Also surely you must realise that for the system to know there is an issue Sky must also know there is an issue or are you genuinely an idiot?

@SkyHelpTeam What's going on with the service in BA13 please? Intermittent service all day every day, affecting TV and broadband. Outages last between 10 mins to an hour. Fault definitely not with us.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, wonder if you explain why my broadband went off last night just after midnight for an hour, exact same thing happened last Tuesday same time. Modem shows 3 green lights and phone etc shows full signal but nothing works!

@SkyHelpTeam Done it all, it’s the same with people that live down the road. O2 and you deny anything is wrong with the antenna, but it’s rubbish. I’m counting down the days to leave.

@SkyHelpTeam apparently I have the fastest broadband for my address I pay for WiFi guarantee yet every day when I work from home the internet goes down I pay £82.50 a month absolute joke just done it again and last night it’s every day I ran a broadband test and said all ok
