  @SkyHelpTeam I've tried talking to the Customer Support and Technical Support and they keep giving me the same answer and refusing to look into it. I've also tried the online articles and they have absolutely nothing for what I'm experiencing! I will be calling BT to investigate this tomorrow

  @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called 7 times. I’ve been told to call, all I do is call and nothing seems to help. Is there anyway I can call and not have to sit on hold for 45 mins as I can’t afford to do that again unfortunately.

  @SkySports Fair play Jocks, played very very well..... But, gotta say, that's the worst England performance I've seen in 30 years. Absolutely dreadful..... Couldn't catch, kick or make a decision. Defence looked okay, but nothing offensively and failed at the basics. #swinglow
