@pollybirkbeck @SkyUK I’ve always found Sky customer service to be good. UK call centres. Sensible conversation. The option to do some of it online via chat if you prefer not to be on hold etc. No complaints.

@SkyHelpTeam my son has a broken cable at his house and therefore no landline or internet both of which he gets from you. Having difficulty finding a number to ring to get it fixed

@SkyHelpTeam Still waiting in a queue to pause mine from yesterday morning. 2 messages sent to you via PM no reply. Cannot get through on the phone or cancel anything online . Abysmal service . Only option left is to cancel direct debit

@SkyHelpTeam I currently have no working home phone line and no Internet, this is day 2, didn’t realise until I got home last night by which time help line was closed
