@SkyHelpTeam my son has a broken cable at his house and therefore no landline or internet both of which he gets from you. Having difficulty finding a number to ring to get it fixed

@pollybirkbeck @SkyUK I’ve always found Sky customer service to be good. UK call centres. Sensible conversation. The option to do some of it online via chat if you prefer not to be on hold etc. No complaints.

@SkyHelpTeam As said in original tweet done that, came back saying error in my area, but issue displayed is actually 400 miles away. Then kept getting "technical issue, try again later" - Nothing has changed here at all, so assuming a line/exchange issue.

Decoupled package that can't be cancelled, need to wait and call back to cancel a specific service I don't use, internet doesn't work, can't log a complaint on the phone and the renew offer is £3 off my package, kudos @SkyHelpTeam probably the worst retention call I have heard

@AccessiBlues @SkySports @EFL Blues have played 3 home games on a Saturday since the start of the season that's bad now blues boat have a home game on a Saturday until January something needs to be done

@SkyHelpTeam I wish to express my utter disgust with your customer services. Have just spent over 2hours of my time on the phone, only to be cut off twice. Each one put me on hold and then failed to reconnect. Issue not resolved.

@O2 I have received such appalling service from you! My phone was stolen on Saturday and it has taken you 4 days to activate my sim. Found a good deal with @SkyHelpTeam for iphone 14 pro but you aren't doing anything to keep me as a customer. I'll happily spend my money with Sky.
