    @SkyHelpTeam my son has a broken cable at his house and therefore no landline or internet both of which he gets from you. Having difficulty finding a number to ring to get it fixed

    @pollybirkbeck @SkyUK I’ve always found Sky customer service to be good. UK call centres. Sensible conversation. The option to do some of it online via chat if you prefer not to be on hold etc. No complaints.

    @SkyHelpTeam Had rubbish connection since 3pm. It’s bad enough not being able to see family and now not being able to connect with them. Hope this is sorted out.

    @corkyleedsutd @SkyHelpTeam @SimmoWFC83 I need reliability, at present I have a work order for a disabled tenant that won’t send so I’ve had to call the emergency line and try to explain I can’t send the required order and get it done manually, cheers sky
