@SkyHelpTeam my son has a broken cable at his house and therefore no landline or internet both of which he gets from you. Having difficulty finding a number to ring to get it fixed

@pollybirkbeck @SkyUK I’ve always found Sky customer service to be good. UK call centres. Sensible conversation. The option to do some of it online via chat if you prefer not to be on hold etc. No complaints.

Optimistically waiting for my new @Plusnet broadband to hopefully 🤞 go live today. Never have I changed providers and been cut off at midnight but hey ho, thats what @SkyHelpTeam have done. But we'll get onto my experience with them shortly....

@WestminsterWAG @SkyUK Get set of free SIMs from cheap providers working on each main network. Try in phone so you find best network for home. Then buy a MiFi and insert sim.

I’ve worked out why my @SkyUK WiFi is so bad. It forces me to use my phone data all the time, meaning I keep having to buy more. So they get paid twice. Genius.
