@pollybirkbeck @SkyUK I’ve always found Sky customer service to be good. UK call centres. Sensible conversation. The option to do some of it online via chat if you prefer not to be on hold etc. No complaints.

@SkyHelpTeam my son has a broken cable at his house and therefore no landline or internet both of which he gets from you. Having difficulty finding a number to ring to get it fixed

@SkyHelpTeam my boss is trying to cancel his account but is being told the 20+ yr old acc isn’t registered to him/wife, even though they lived at the property for 25yrs & no other adults lived there. How can we get the account holder name if there is no one else it could poss be?

@SkyUK Recent contact with customer service said I can have my sky cheaper if I had a sky glass tv. If I can have it cheaper with one why can I not have it cheaper without one ?

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you but mysky app does my checks for me and it's not showing an outage and if it picked up other WiFi signals that it usually does o would think it's something on my end but all bt and sky WiFi signals my phone easily picks up are gone so it's logically a bigger issue.

@LaurieD97 @SkyHelpTeam Doesn't work on absolutely every TV, so if you've tried all the codes chances are the TV doesn't support the technology required for a 3rd party remote to control it. Looks like its 2 remotes for you Lauren

@SkyHelpTeam Hub never reports any outage even when there is one, 10/10 times even when there is an issue area wide with the broadband it isn't listed as an outage. I have no problem waiting for problems to be fixed but I pay extra so sky knows there's a problem before I do...
