    @pollybirkbeck @SkyUK I’ve always found Sky customer service to be good. UK call centres. Sensible conversation. The option to do some of it online via chat if you prefer not to be on hold etc. No complaints.

    @SkyHelpTeam my son has a broken cable at his house and therefore no landline or internet both of which he gets from you. Having difficulty finding a number to ring to get it fixed

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, was assured someone would contact me today (28th) due to ongoing issue with Disney plus, no one has called. Don’t ask me to get in contact through the appropriate channels, I shouldn’t have to, official letter of complaint is now going to be in post first thing tomorrow

    So we left @SkyUK the other day after a complete shambles of a home move left us without TV or internet. Seriously, they messed up our account so badly it was going to take at least 2-3 weeks to fix before we could rearrange the home move.
