We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

Dai Parry #FBPE (@D7VYD) reported@SkyHelpTeam Internet repeatedly dropping in YO43 4SD for last 24 hours. Router lights are all green but no internet in apps and on laptop. Problem is cleared by rebooting router but drops again after an hour or two.
