@SkyHelpTeam I called yesterday and waited 1 hour. They said it would be fixed today. (Helmsley house, York)Your engineer said someone would fix it today. Now sky say Monday. 4 days to fix a signal issue?? Not really good enough is it letting your customers down.

@SkyHelpTeam Also it said to book an engineer as there seemed to be a fault outside then they said they had to visit the property but tbh the broadband seems to be working again so we never booked an engineer but there seems to be a problem with phone line.
