    @SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

    @SkyUK Possibly quitting you today after 25 years. Your failure to deal with my problems are just not good enough. My Sky Go doesn't work, as a bus driver, I need this, but you keep putting up obstacles. Contact me or live chat or I go elsewhere and you can take the boxes.

    @SkyHelpTeam Since the new router was fitted and my copperpair line to home was linked to a bit of fibre in the cabinet 500 yards away my line has improved to 35 mbps. But now my SkyTV box had lost internet connection and pressing wps button on my router doesn’t help. Any ideas?

    @OpenreachHelp Sky @SkyHelpTeam will be able to confirm we've tried this multiple times. It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.
