We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Charged £50 for non-return of equipment that I have sent proof of return for three times. Assured the charge wouldn’t happen but did anyway! Poor girl in the call centre had no manager on duty at peak time for U.K. calls???
