We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

Charged £50 for non-return of equipment that I have sent proof of return for three times. Assured the charge wouldn’t happen but did anyway! Coverage this year, especially camera work had been absolutely dreadful! Magic weekend was terrible and its not improving
