    Terrible blasé service at @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam .... unable to keep my installation appointment that I waited two weeks for, due to unforeseen circumstances and next appointment is in three weeks!!!. I only need the box sending, i can fit it myself as everything already here!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I can get into my Sky account but when I click the mobile tab, it’s says “try again later. There’s an issue”. It’s been like this for a week.

    @SkyHelpTeam Whilst I wait for my 5th engineer, I thought I’d scroll through the tweets on here. Oh dear Sky. You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Following the advice on the DM’s received no closer to an acceptable resolution to situation caused by incorrect information provided by @SkyUK staff. Complaints number goes to general call centre, who can’t help! #disappointed in cust serv received. considering options

    @terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

There is definitely a public service argument with BBC although would need wider debate as many would complain it would be too high a proportion of BBC🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 budget 1/2

    Hi @SkyUK , I received my Sky router from you today, having had to sack @TalkTalk , a company I would best describe as contemptuous of my custom. My service from you is not due to go live until 07/04 yet my internet has gone down with the message "Network change detected".. 1/
