@SkyHelpTeam hi, I currently don’t have Sky in my property since I moved house on the 17th January, it isn’t set to be installed until mid-March, was told because I’ve no service I’d not be charged yet £103.11 has been taken from my account today.

@SkyUK Blimey. Funny how Sky decided to charge me £77 a month because my contract ended and didn't bother to tell me, and there are cheap deals all over the place. They wouldn't come down to any sort of reasonable price. Their loss, not mine. Such is the price of Indian call centres.

@SkyHelpTeam Interesting... I'm not sure what kind of fault has been established as the system simply asked that I confirm my contact details and I was asked a few questions (when did the issue start etc) then I was notified that an engineer appointment was booked.

@SkyUK had sky Q installed today after being with sky for 12yrs. It was the wrong box installed and I’ve been told to pay for the correct one and I will be refunded but out of principal that’s nots happening and then I’m told well it’s that keep it or cancel. Not the best service
