Paul Brown (@scouse1412) reported from Ochiltree, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us

Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

A customer is not at fault for false promises being made and has every right to switch to a new CP who may, while providing the same connection, provide a better customer experience.

OR have to pay Auto-Comp as per Ofcom regulation if they provision a service after its confirmed install date, therefore they lose out. The customer gets pissed that their service isn't line, they lose out

I don’t give a **** if it’s OR causing the issue, sky have a lot to answer for in what rationale they’ve given for cancellation (providing a valid reason for starters), and now reducing the broadband speed by 500mb and charging me the same amount
