We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

The same deal with flat earthers watch "beyond the curve", even with undeniable proof earth is round they refuse to acknowledge it because it doesn't support their beliefs

Paul Brown (@scouse1412) reported from Ochiltree, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

My husband received a phone call from them yesterday advising him of an overdue payment, so he paid the £113 as requested. Today the internet is disconnected and they have now advised him it will remain disconnected for 8 days!
