@SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalled that after an initial call on 30th October to join sky for tv & broadband as moving to our new property on 27/11, that 33 days later & a catalogue of issues the engineer didn’t show up as arranged & now we are due back to WFH but have no internet

Bought films with @SkyUK and because I’m not a customer anymore I’m not able to watch them. They cost nearly £20! No wonder people stream illegally. Robbing bar stewards.

@SkyUK I want the satellite dish removed from my house ASAP. You erected this 20 years ago knowing that those trees would affect the signal eventually. Bad advice. I am not paying for it, you are. I want this gone as you made me quit.

@SkyHelpTeam @JulianMiddleto8 Be prepared to wait weeks if not months for internet. We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us

@scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

Anyone else had issues with @SkyUK and recordings going all pixelated pretty frequently. Does it on all the Q boxes too, but not weirdly via the IPAD. Tried all the obvious things I think....

@SkyHelpTeam One of the plans was 3gb for £8 a month and the other was 2gb for £6. 5g network add on, unlimited calls and texts. I have the reference numbers if that helps. I was also hoping to speak to someone regarding our TV and broadband package.
