    @SkyUK need to sort out your broadband connection issues and give your customers what they are paying for. Having to look at the broadband checker on the app to find you say your services are all fine then you call your helpline number to find an hour call wait time is a disgrace

    @SkyHelpTeam For hours my broadband has been completely down!As per your tweet to say that broadband is all up and running but completely untrue. Trying to run tests which aren't working either What is going to be put in place for this being down, will sky customers be reimbursed

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, no joy. This is a recurrent problem, every 6 months from when the engineer climbs the pole and puts a bit of sealent around the box. Rain, then outage. On the phone for hour-and-half, twenty minutes in to wait for tech support - the call is terminated. Over a week for visit.

    @shonaarabella @emmy84 @SkyHelpTeam I've got a huawei and I'm seeing these issues, but my partner has a Samsung and she's also having the same issues. Only difference is, my Huawei shows the ! Next to the WiFi and hers doesn't. Neither does the ipad so maybe it's just Huawei phones highlight the issue more clearly.
