@SkyHelpTeam Whilst I wait for my 5th engineer, I thought I’d scroll through the tweets on here. Oh dear Sky. You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

Terrible blasé service at @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam .... unable to keep my installation appointment that I waited two weeks for, due to unforeseen circumstances and next appointment is in three weeks!!!. I only need the box sending, i can fit it myself as everything already here!!

Said it before and I’ll say it again… make football affordable to watch, more people are likely to pay… also scrap the Saturday 3pm black out rule. @SkySports @btsport etc would rather spend millions cracking down on streams rather than making their packages more affordable.

@SkyUK abysmal service and comms seem to be all were getting over an ongoing broadband/phone outage in Washington. Almost 24 hours and best you can say is we're working on it.... and that's only if you push the issue.
