@SkyHelpTeam No issues with broadband. Tried downloading other shows just to test it & seems to work fine. Seems to just be some shows I get this error message. Does this mean they're not available to download?

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s the hard drive alone though. The dish is fine as there is no issues with reception or recordings prior to switching on today and the box telling me there is an issue with the hard disc drive and I had done everything it suggested through the yellow button.

@SkyHelpTeam Aren't NOW TV a subsidiary of Sky? The service went down today in line with Sky's outage in East London, where we are. We got a text from Sky, not from NOW TV, advising us about it. Doesn't that make you the accountable party?

@SkyUK @virginmedia recently got sky glass installed, virgin broadband down in my area. Plugged skyq back in and asked sky if I could use that for my subscribed channels for now but it’s not doable it seems. Not loving glass so far. Hoping for improvements soon.

@SkyUK Worst service by Sky Bought the sky glass was not made aware of many of the items missing from using sky Q. Customer service was bad and no outcome. Been with sky for a long time but would not recommend the new feature
