@SkyHelpTeam been trying to call on 0800 759 1263 & the automated message says we are open from 0830 am to 11 pm 7 days a week but I am getting told it’s closed.there is no way I can do this online as there is no option to do it. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I do that regularly and have done so just there. The 1st pic is when I try to access email and 2nd when I click on any SKY search link bar mobile upgrade. Last time I spoke to SKY when I had B/B issues they acknowledged that they are hearing this a hell of a lot.

@SkyUK Don't bother. Anyone thinking of getting sky broadband... Its ****. We pay for fibre. Told up to 75mb download speeds. Told average of 50mb, we get in between 25mb and 30mb. Never any more. Dog shite.
