@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

@SkyUK So you have to buy tv only 2 year warranty what happens when there’s a problem with tv? No multi room and a small tv if I bought my one over £90 far more expensive and don’t trust it what happens when Wi-Fi is down and apps are annoying as is their voice facility hardly ever work

@SkyUK How do the pucks work, do they create a mesh network like Sky Q or do they independently connect to the router or TV? I ask as I have never had 100% reliability with my Sky Q mini boxes and if this is more reliable I’m in.
