@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@liamredmondo96 @SkySports Dosen't help when all our top CBs are injured, forcing us to throw not 1, but 2 key midfielders into the backline to compensate, which then forces the other midfielders and full backs to drop back more to help the 2 mids due to lack of pace, which then leaves the attack isolated.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted at the service you provide. Broadband keeps dropping despite phoning last week and today spent 30 minutes to get through before the inevitable dropped call and no call back from advisor. I work on a helpline and know this doesn’t just happen. 💩

@SkyHelpTeam Been having WiFi issues all day. I pay for fibre but have been getting between 8mbps - 29mbps download. Logged into the Sky site, says no issues reported but that can’t be right as I AM having issues and I’ve done the suggested steps to “get the best WiFi speed”
