@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

Just watched the Ukraine equaliser against France in the @SkySports app. The clip runs for 25 seconds but the advert for Dubai immediately before it that you have to watch to see the clip, runs for 30 seconds!!!!! WTF??

@SkyHelpTeam All information given via PM. The outcome, they tell me to make a complaint! Sorry but what kind of support is that? You can't tell me how to fix the problem and make sure the 'Shield' is doing its job and keeping children safe. Sky Broadband Shield does not work.
