@SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

@SkyHelpTeam I made a formal complaint on 2/7 after being mis-sold a product (mobile/sim). I’ve been promised 2 call backs by managers have never arrived. To date I’ve spent 3.5 hours on the phone chasing / trying to get to speak to the right person. Thoughts?
