@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried the tests on the website multiple times. I get an error with my broadband hub, connection fails, I follow the steps and it says my connection has been fixed - but it hasn’t been fixed as I still have slow broadband speeds and when I try the test again I get same error

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I am experiencing issues with my landline in Wallasey, Wirral. I can (just about) hear the person on the other end but they cannot hear me. Could this be due to this maintaince? It has been the same for the last few days. Your help would be greatly appreciated
