Really disappointed with @SkyUK as they say it will take up to five working days to fix a dropped internet connection! Then the Customer Service agent on a far and crackly line has the cheek to ask for a high score in a forthcoming customer service survey! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for nearly two days and the Sky Customer service guy just hung up on after refusing to let me speak to a manager! This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

@SkyUK Nothing annoys me more than new customers getting better deal than existing customers. This results in phonecalls &time spent. I refused 2pay more than a new customer & got it resolved but if I hadn’t called, Sky would have been happy to take my money. VIP won’t cost Sky a penny!

@LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

Well, we were told by @SkyHelpTeam that an engineer would be sent out today to sort our internet. We reported it was down on Dec 10. Has it been fixed? No, course it hasn’t. Apparently today wasn’t a guarantee fix date. Shambles. It’s made wfh very difficult over last 11 days.
