This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

This results in phonecalls &time spent. I refused 2pay more than a new customer & got it resolved but if I hadn’t called, Sky would have been happy to take my money. VIP won’t cost Sky a penny!

Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

Got them to reduce the price to what it would be for a new customer by telling them that if they didn't honour the price I would be switching providers immediately.
