@SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky box not fit for purpose. 40 sound drop outs in a one hour program. Help section you post doesn’t mention this known issue. It is however all over the Sky help forum were it has been acknowledged as an issue.

@SkyUK your @JustEatUK Ultimiate TV is the worst run promotion I have ever signed up for. No one at Sky seems to know about it and I have been promised callbacks and all to no avail. 3 weeks and still haven’t had what was promised. Surely this is a breach of @ASA_UK ??
