@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@TheMasters So with just 18 minutes of full coverage today via @SkySportsGolf and their coverage not starting again until late it’ll mean missing the 3rd round tomorrow and probably the start of the 4th round, it’s ****! Especially with how much I pay for my @SkySports every month!

@SkyHelpTeam having trouble with my Sky Q box, the signal keeps dropping all the time and it freezes whatever channel I watch. I keep resetting the router box and on via the tv but it still continues to do it
