@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for nearly two days and the Sky Customer service guy just hung up on after refusing to let me speak to a manager! This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

@LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

Really disappointed with @SkyUK as they say it will take up to five working days to fix a dropped internet connection! Then the Customer Service agent on a far and crackly line has the cheek to ask for a high score in a forthcoming customer service survey! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam @abs_hs This is really not good enough. I spoke to one of your customer support assistants and they made it out as if it wasn’t Sky’s fault and you can’t even provide any update? There are lots of people working from home who are affected - Do you even know when this will be solved?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, when I pause, rewind it fast forward, it works, but nothing comes up on the bottom of the screen like it usually does.. I.e. the scale at the bottom which displays how far into a programme you are etc. Any known issues?
