@virginmedia Thanks, all sorted and against my better judgment I stayed with Virgin and cancelled the @SkyUK package I had signed up for whilst waiting. I have to say the Sky service I got even when cancelling their order was multiple times better than Virgin.

Getting very ticked off with @VodafoneUK their website keeps crashing, when I do get through on ‘chat’ they aren’t prepared to give benefit to long term customer. @SkyUK just saved me £30 a month BECAUSE I’m a loyal customer.

Classic @SkyUK customer service. Switched to BT. Sky claims BT didn't notify them ... but why then did they stop taking payments and send us a request to return equipment?? And apparently they have no way to register complaints 🤨 #goodriddance
