@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

Assuming anyone without @SkySports won’t be able to watch the Serbia game legally. What a travesty, considering the only way to see our biggest game for over two decades is on TV. Got the potential to lift the nation and we have never needed it so much.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@SkyHelpTeam It been 2 weeks. I called twice on the day and waited for ages before getting through. I was told the engineer was on their way but no-one came. We have called twice since and both times been on hold for an unreasonable time. Is this the excellent service you advertise @skyUK?

@SkyHelpTeam broadband connection keeps dropping multiple times through the day, making wfh a nightmare. Happening since the outage in Brighton/Hove on Saturday. Done diagnostic tests, telling us it’s fine. Is there a known fault?
