    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

    @SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

    @SkyUK You're charging us £80 for an engineer to come and fix our broadband (which we desperately need for work) and the person is now 1.5h late (no call or anything). We've been waiting since 8am! How about a refund?

    Got skysports free and watched a few epl games to give it a chance again. Thinking about asking virgin to block it again. They **** these games up big time but in reality guys are being paid millions to cancel each other out and bore **** out the nation

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I had the entertainment package with Netflix and suddenly the Netflix app has disappeared off my tv. It’s still showing as having the package on my Sky account though? Can you please help?
