    I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

    @SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

    @ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

    @SkyUK have got to be the worse broadband provider. WiFi is constantly down, constantly using my mobile data and if it does work it’s mega slow

    .@SkyHelpTeam I have been struggling with intermittent drops in broadband for a number of months. Initially I blamed my laptop. But I’m speaking with a colleague they also have the same problem. Can this be resolved or can I be released from my contract?
