    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, I have been on the recieving end of the worst customer service ever from sky recently. Promised call back Fri/Sat but heard nothing. I get an email saying we tried to call, but we didn't get you so more or less your case is closed Case ref: 1161600232 help!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Installed on Tuesday. No on demand functions have worked since. Numerous resets, new viewing card etc all not working. Fobbed off saying it’s a nationwide issue which is untrue. Clearly set is wrong/hardware fault

    @SkyHelpTeam Continuing the painful saga of my mother’s broadband, her amazing fibre service was finally activated on Monday. Her speed is now just 0.5MB, ie more than twice as rubbish as it was before. You couldn’t make it up. Call me please.

    @SkySports The energy has been there but it dissipates over time but she is right. For sure its not as bad as it was 50 years ago but thank god for that. Football, social media and governments have got to take stronger more punitive measures against the perpetrators
