Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us
