Probably time to change my internet provider, sky customer for 8 years and auto message saying ASAP is the response you get for a 2 day outage in the area, no replies to tweets, nothing, internet is vital here @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK I want the satellite dish removed from my house ASAP. You erected this 20 years ago knowing that those trees would affect the signal eventually. Bad advice. I am not paying for it, you are. I want this gone as you made me quit.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, all signal goes, and the only light that remains on is the power light. The system then reboots, 3 lights come on, middle changes from amber to green then we have to go about trying to get connected to whatever it is we were doing

@SkyHelpTeam just to add, I've had nothing but problems with my broadband meaning we never get to use the TV because the TV doesn't work without the broadband. I'm sick of speaking to people who are robotic. I'd like a manager in charge or ill take this to the ombudsman!

@SkyHelpTeam so it’s over a week ago since I contacted Sky regarding my broadband being activated. Told it was an Openreach problem (4rd missed appointment) and heard nothing since although I did have an automatic missed appointment payment. Still nothing from Sky or Openreach

@SkyHelpTeam To be honest Carol, I am close to just giving up which I can only assume is what Sky wants its customers to do in terms of support, I've been a best practice consultant for over 20 years and never experienced anything as poor or frustrating as this for such a simple issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Jason, there is no number at the bottom of the web page you shared, there is a number at the top but this is the automated service that doesn't work. Frankly, I'm staggered at the poor level of service I am receiving from Sky.
