    Absolutely awful support from @SkyHelpTeam - last Tuesday my mum and dad (80 and 77) main sky Q box failed. I'm on holiday but handling the calls to support team for them. Promised a replacement box (no engineers available) but internal "SSU" process is broken.

    @SkyUK how comes someone who’s been with you 6 years is being told their package cost is now £101 when a new customer gets the exact same package for £60? Been told that’s the best offer for me £40 more a month.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, just constant freezing on our main Q box. £140pm for your TV subscription and I have to reset the box most days. Never had that issue with the older box. Have followed all your advice and still doing it. Annoying to say the least 🤬

    Again @SkyHelpTeam customer services closed at 9pm. What a complete shambles to get help and in contact with anyone and just before 9 u cut people off and close all departments. Issue after issue and problem. Why not have a help team who deals with tech issues after 9PM!???

    How can teams with no money coming in from gate receipts afford to pay £80 million for a player. Far too much money coming in from @SkySports and @btsport and of course state broadcaster @BBCSport Cancel subscription to all.

    @SkyHelpTeam No. If I thought for one minute it was my Internet I wouldn't have bothered you. Like I said I can watch Netflix and prime on the the TV, no problem at all. As soon as its sky witness, sky sports etc. Etc it's awful. I've just watched ep 1 of the rising, but can't watch ep 2

    @SkyHelpTeam Every single time I use the speed checker on MySky i get the same results even when its not working. How do you ensure customers are compensated for poor broadband performance if the way you confirm poor performance ALWAYS says it’s working at the same speed even when it’s not?

    Customer teams get a lot of criticism on here, so I feel like calling out a positive experience I just had with @SkyHelpTeam Called to cancel BT Sport (back when you next have Eng cricket), but a member of your team proactively reviewed my account and saved me plenty of money. 👍

    @SkyUK had sky Glass for 24 hours. And I've yet to be able to watch one program on a sky channel that doesn't buffer every 5 mins. Netflix is fine, prime is fine but any channel with sky in the title is **** And I pay for F1 channel which the sound is never insync its horrible

    @SkySports It’s in Sky Sports interests to force feed this. They don’t have Champions League, La Liga, lots of PL anymore yet the subscriptions continue to rise. They cannot get away with such poor content for long. BBC the same except their motives are more inclusive.
