    Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

    Well this is ****. Sky broadband down for the last hour and no Engineer appointments until the 7th — I’m sure my work will be delighted! Hopefully just a local issue as others appear in the same boat. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

    @ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

    @8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam And do try and be more understanding of those who are simply asking for a service they are paying for (and rely on) to be provided. You never know the impact of the trolling you are doing to others and the damage it could cause. No one asked you to get involved.

    @SkyUK @BTSopenreach horrific serice for the 3 months continued delay in activating my dad’s broadband. You know he has dementia and we need broadband for safeguarding. He has just gone missing early hours on today, thanks to local police for help.
