@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

Such as - we live in a massively privileged country, that kinda thing for UK citizens would be easy, but what about Twitter users from under privileged countries that may not have those forms of ID?
