@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

@SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. But we are not getting a refund of the data usage. Due to the poor service we can now had to cancel our broadband as we will now be going elsewhere. Please can someone in the complaints team get in contact with us as we will be going to the Ombudsman if we do not get redress
