Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.

Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.
