    @SkyHelpTeam We know there is an issue with connection to our property. The OpenReach engineer identified a fault 4m from our house, exactly where @CityFibre were digging.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to find information on how I upgrade and get the double data deal as a current customer. Your website has nothing about this for current customers. I tried to call your CS but they guy instead of just answering me was trying to force me to sign up.

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried to pay overdue bill but saying card not valid, weird as managing to pay other bills with it? Used it before with you & CAN NOT AFFORD to be cut off ( weirdly says acc restricted but it's not tbh ) HELP as can't get a human on the phone #Disability

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam are you aware of any issues in the EH12 area of Edinburgh? Not been able to get a satellite signal yet today. I've followed the help guide online but not luck. Don't want to call out an engineer yet, just in case there's local issues. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi folks, I still have a problem contacting a known number. If they call me, I receive it ok. It appears on 1471 but if I try to return the call (press 3) I get "this number doesn't exist". Thoughts?

    @SkyUK broadband not working this morning and been told internal issue? Also been told engineer can’t come out until 22nd June 😳 we work from home, my kids use internet for school work, surely you can do better than that?

    @Slaughter23_ @Paulmccann91 @SkySports The 22 unbeaten run we were very lucky. Played terribly pretty much every week. The road to the europa league final was very flattering and we were awful in the final. Being good at europa league isn’t the level I want to be at. He’s a cup manager. Villarreal won’t be in Europe

    @NOWHelpTeam Boost is faulty. Lots of customers have complained about & it's still faulty. NowTv isn't worth even £1.00 it's a broken service. Don't reply with " I'm sorry you feel like that " etc. Get new staff @SkyUK for NowTv

    @SkyHelpTeam Already done, I have had this issue for months and already posted from my old twitter account. Cancelling all my scheduled tv programmes is not good enough (I work all hours so rely on my recordings to have my down time). Please please just fix
