    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

    @SkyHelpTeam I now have a message to call Sky to ‘get my broadband order back on track’, unfortunately the number given is automated and doesn’t have an option to speak to a human! Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

    @SkyUK So after moving into a new premises on the 5th of November and finding out shortly after I can’t have sky Q in my premises I decided to cancel my account. Fast forward to over a month and various hours on the phone to them trying to cancel my account. Still no joy 🤬.
