@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Treating your customer of 10+ years like rubbish when broadband gets faulty is not commendable,you turn around and say they have no contract yet you take £30 month from them.. Asking for £65 to get engineer to come and fix the fault.Not Good service at all.
