@SkyHelpTeam @marieandscott25 Marie I continually got asked in surveys about sky’s service I didn’t have . Once I got them I realised how big a mistake I’d made . Now on the minimum package for 2 months then out

@SkyHelpTeam Our sky Q remote volume has suddenly stopped working. Only installed 2 weeks ago. Tried settings/remote control procedure etc but unsuccessful. Do we need a new remote or is there another solution. Many thanks. William.

Hey @Ofcom do you know what @SkyUK do when a customer makes a complaint...If it's by phone they cut you off and If its by email they ignore you. The complaints procedure is a Joke!
